Per non parlare del Post Vendita, pessimo.L'unica nota positiva sono i montatori. Parlo ovviamente per la mia esperienza e della sede di Curti.Spero nn sia così per le altre sedi. Bad Experience. You are not advised on anything, their goal is to make you spend as much as possible, even if something is not functional to your needs. Not to mention the bad after-sales service, the only positive note are the fitters. Obviously I speak from my experience and the Curti office, but I hope this is not the case for the other offices.
C	Chiarastella Giannini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancanza di serietà e professionalità allo stato puro. Problemi sopraggiunti per ogni articolo comprato e comunicati poco prima del montaggio. Nonostante l'ordine sia stato fatto con 4 mesi d'anticipo, prima della consegna ci viene comunicato di un colore diverso della cucina e che avremmo ricevuto un tavolo simile e più costoso (sicuramente di valore superiore ma ritrovarsi alla fine di una ristrutturazione a sostenere un costo non preventivato, di qualsiasi importo esso sia, non è auspicabile). Per non parlare degli inconvenienti al montaggio (forno rotto e cappa non corrispondente). Finalmente l'incubo termina con la sostituzione avvenuta dopo "SOLI" 5 mesi, 1000 solleciti e 3000 scuse infondate. P.s. una politica corretta preveda che si comunichi subito al cliente che l'intero saldo va pagato prima che i mobili escano dal mobilificio (così se qualcosa va storto, come nel nostro caso, non hai nulla su cui rivalerti)...ma questa è la politica dei mobilifici, bella politica di me...a! Lack of seriousness and pure professionalism. Problems occurred for each item purchased and communicated shortly before assembly. Although the order was placed 4 months in advance, before delivery we are informed of a different color of the kitchen and that we would receive a similar and more expensive table (certainly of higher value but find ourselves at the end of a renovation to support an unforeseen cost, of any amount, is not desirable). Not to mention the inconveniences during assembly (broken oven and mismatched hood). Finally the nightmare ends with the replacement after "ONLY" 5 months, 1000 reminders and 3000 unfounded apologies. P.s. a correct policy provides that the customer is immediately notified that the entire balance must be paid before the furniture leaves the furniture factory (so if something goes wrong, as in our case, you have nothing to retaliate against) ... but this is the furniture factories policy, nice policy of me ... a!
