Probabilmente hanno pensato che eravamo entrati per chiedere un aperol spritz... Morale... Siamo andati via e abbiamo comprato un bel sofà dalla concorrenza poltrone e sofà... P	Peppe Bucciero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soddisfatto del prodotto, ma servizio clienti post vendita pessimo. Ho acquistato un divano angolare con meccanismo relax in pronta consegna. L'ho provato, era perfetto. Ho chiesto esplicitamente di indicare sulla commessa che il divano non aveva alcun difetto ma mi hanno rassicurato dicendo che non ce n'era bisogno. Il divano sarebbe stato imballato perfettamente e comunque loro erano li per ogni problema. Il divano arriva a casa e noto subito che il fine corsa del meccanismo relax è rotto ( il motore continua a spingere e a scattare anche quando è tutto disteso). Lo faccio presente e mi dicono che è proprio così, mi propongono di farmi 60km per andare a verificare... Chiedo se possono verificare loro, vista la distanza e dopo pochi minuti mi confermano che il comportamento è anomalo. Comincia una serie di rimandi di settimana in settimana, con promessa di mandare un tecnico, rassicurandomi che verrà... Fino a quando, dopo diversi mesi di solleciti e chiamate, mi dicono che la funzionalità del fine corsa è inutile e che se lo aggiustassero si starerebbe di nuovo, quindi devo tenermelo così. Ah, hanno aggiunto che non potevo lamentarmi visto l'ottimo prezzo ricevuto ("solo 2600€"). Mi sono sentito preso in giro, solo una gran perdita di tempo... Fanno tutti i gentili, ma una volta pagato ti sbattono la porta in faccia. Satisfied with the product, but bad after sales customer service. Until, after several months of reminders and calls, they tell me that the limit switch functionality is useless and that if they fixed it it would stay up again, so I have to keep it that way. Ah, they added that I could not complain given the excellent price received ("only € 2600"). I felt fooled, just a big waste of time ... They are all nice, but once you get paid they slam the door in your face.
