Sebastiano Polinas è il fautore del passaggio, sardo e siciliano insieme, schietto e coraggioso nel non dare mai niente per scontato. La cantina, ampliata e rinnovata di recente, in assenza di virus offre ospitalità gastronomica su prenotazione, con atmosfera casalinga ed un rapporto qualità prezzo pari a quello dei vini, cioè eccezionale.
Local wines, clean and organic but without extremes, brought with concreteness and love from the vineyard to the bottle. Sebastiano Polinas is the proponent of the passage, Sardinian and Sicilian together, frank and courageous in never taking anything for granted. The recently expanded and renovated cellar, in the absence of viruses, offers gastronomic hospitality by reservation, with a homely atmosphere and a value for money equal to that of wines, that is, exceptional.
