Ho effettuato un ordine su Just eat alle 19.30 e me I'hanno confermato mezz'ora dopo, dicendomi che I'orario di consegna fosse previsto alle 21.10. Alle 21.30 ho effettuato la prima chiamata, il ragazzo mi ha spiegato che I'ordine era stato preso dalla sede di via Vaccaro e che c'erano molti ordini e di aspettare le 22 per la consegna. Alle 22 ancora niente, provo a richiamare, questa volta l'altra sede. Rispondono dopo tre tentativi dicendomi che loro non avevano nessun ordine ( cosa non vera visto che ho chiamato alle 19:30 per comunicare un allergia e mi hanno confermato l'ordine anche per telefono), hanno detto che I'ordine ce I'aveva I'altra sede e che se volevo lo avrebbero processato in quel momento con consegna alle 22.45 AI mio nervosismo hanno risposto con "non so che farle". Richiamo la prima sede e mi dicono che loro non hanno nessun ordine e che non si occupano della mia zona. Una barzelletta! Niente cena e un disservizio allucinante. Assolutamente non ordinate da questa pizzeria. Potessi dare zero stelle lo farei. Vergogna. Bad, bad, bad! Essendo il sabato io giorno con maggiore affluenza e ordini, ho chiamato con largo anticipo alle 19:50 per ordinare due pizze per le ore 21. Mi è stato detto che avevano troppi ordini e le mie pizze le potevano fare solo per le 21:15/21:30 ma non è stato così. Dopo essermi presentata in orario le pizze non erano ancora pronte e mi è stato detto di aspettare ancora 5/10 minuti. Alle ore 21:50 finalmente mi sono state consegnate. Nonostante abbiamo sollecitato che alle 22 ci fosse il coprifuoco. Pizza buona ma non mi rivedranno mai più per i tempi di consegna. Bad experience. Bad. After 4 attempts they signed up to answer. Consigliatissimo!!! The best pizza in town. Neapolitan-like dough. Tasty and with convenient home delivery. The gluten-free variant is also really good. Highly recommended !!!

Alle 18:41 mia moglie ordina tramite glovo una pizza, tempo di attesa segnalato dai 20 ai 45 minuti. Alle 20:16 chiamo il locale e il ragazzo mi dice che vede se riesce a farmi avere la pizza in mezz'ora. Dopo pochi minuti chiama lo stesso ragazzo ma al cellulare di mia moglie dicendo che purtroppo prima delle 10 non riuscivano a far nulla, a quel punto lasciamo perdere. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro in quanto il ragazzo già nella prima conversazione avrebbe potuto essere sincero senza prendersi in giro anche se dalle 18:41 ne avevano di tempo per effettuare l'ordine. Poco professionali e poco rispettosi. Mi spiace ma non comprerò più da voi a causa della mancanza di serietà. F	Francesca Di Pierro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio in tutto e per tutto questo locale, abbiamo ordinato dei panini con kebab arrivati con tre fette di cipolla e quattro scaglie di kebab... €5,50 per un panino vuoto... per non parlare della grandissima maleducazione e arroganza quando rispondono al telefono... vi consiglio di cambiare modo di gestire perché così non farete una lunga strada. I do not recommend in all this place, we ordered kebab sandwiches arrived with three slices of onion and four flakes of kebab ... € 5.50 for an empty sandwich ... not to mention the great rudeness and arrogance when they answer on the phone ...
