Il vino, si dice, è il nettare degli dei. Se il vino è "manipolato", adulterato, imbellettato nel suo DNA, può diventare il veleno dei Borgia. Ecco, con De Santis questo rischio non si corre. È libero da qualsiasi sofisticazione. Per palati esperti e per chi ha lo stomaco delicato. Io lo assumo come farmaco. Si apre alla convivialità e all'amicizia. Nel berlo aspiri il profumo delle vigne taurasine e l'aria pulita che il vento pettina continuamente. Vi scorgi la delicatezza e il profumo. Un vino maschio che fa impazzire le donne. Si accoppia con i cibi semplici: pane e formaggio e con piatti elaborati. Io lo bevo e ogni volta ringrazio gli dei per avercelo donato. Provare per credere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che esperienza......e che odori....il vino nella sua tradizione più vera...il vino raccontato da chi vede nascere la foglia .....poi il grappolo....che ti racconta la 'fatica della vendemmia'....che ti aiuta a scoprire la differenza tra una annata ed un altra....che ti fa scoprire che c'è ancora chi fa il vino nel modo più semplice......usando solo l'uva ...il tempo....e tanta pazienza .....per offrire un prodotto......da scoprire....se potete andate a conoscere un modo semplice di produrre una delle eccellenze della nostra regione....
