puliscono le vasche che contengono il vino con la soda caustica come vedete dalle foto le vasche vecchie e hanno crepe nei muri quindi chiaramente nonostante la vasca venga lavata la soda che è cancerogena per l uomo in parte rimane nella vasca e si mescola al vino che vi bevete.
per mascherare il tutto questa pratica (che in altre cantine non si usa e poi mi chiedo è legale?) e l uva scadente che non selezionano alla pesa, usano chili di bisolfito motivo per cui il vino ha lo stesso identico gusto tutti gli anni ( ma come e possibile? l uva non e sempre uguale varia da annata) gusto amaro come il veleno
il Lambrusco buono lo trovate presso altre cantine con una selezione piu attenta del uva all ingresso, processi di vinificazione migliori e che pagano e trattano meglio i propri dipendenti.

the good Lambrusco can be found in other wineries with a more careful selection of the grapes at the entrance, better winemaking processes that pay and treat their employees better.
