d	daniele bagella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto in questa cantina incuriosito da 2 vini in particolare che avevo visto in una fiera. Il 14 di terra e il 15 di mare. Abbiamo avuto una buona accoglienza e le signorine ci hanno ben illustrato le caratteristiche tecniche del vino. Mi sarebbe piaciuto sapere di più sulla storia di quei vitigni sul mare e in generale di questi primitivi...pazienza. i vini che si possono scegliere sono sia sfusi che in bottiglia. Causa COVID non fanno assaggiare quello in bottiglia...posso essere d'accordo se hai un affollamento di persona, ma dato che eravamo SOLI, puoi aprire una bottiglia se vedi che l'acquirente è interessato... è una questione di fidelizzazione. Come bianco hanno solo un Fiano e hanno un solo rosato. 2 spumantino brut...un po' poco direi. Logicamente il primitivo la fa da padrona e qui la scelta è sicuramente più vasta. Almeno 4-5 invecchiati in barrique e 3-4 in metallo. Tutto sommato una buona scelta di Rossi e tanta gentilezza. Sarebbe da puntare un po' di più sull'aspetto storico/origini. I came to this winery intrigued by 2 wines in particular that I had seen at a fair. The 14th of land and the 15th of sea. We had a good reception and the young ladies explained the technical characteristics of the wine to us. I would have liked to know more about the history of those vines on the sea and in general of these primitives ... patience. the wines that can be chosen are both in bulk and in bottles. Cause COVID they don't taste the bottled one ... I can agree if you have a crowd in person, but since we were ALONE, you can open a bottle if you see the buyer is interested ... it's a matter of loyalty. As a white they have only one Fiano and only one rosé. 2 brut sparkling wine ... a little bit I would say. Logically the primitive is the host and here the choice is certainly wider. At least 4-5 aged in barriques and 3-4 in metal. All in all a good choice of Rossi and a lot of kindness. It would be necessary to focus a little more on the historical / origins aspect.

L'etichetta non è a norma di legge e farò segnalazione alle autorità. I ordered olive oil. A virgin oil has arrived instead of extra virgin but so far ... it can be there .. but at least on the label the origin of the olives ???? The label is not in accordance with the law and I will report it to the authorities.

G	GioLarghe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veniamo a Manduria oramai da 10 anni, siamo appassionati di vino Primitivo e ci piace girare per cantine.. oramai le conosciamo un po tutte! Come 5 anni fa, qui, non si effettuano assaggi per quanto riguarda il vino e le specialità locali, quindi non è un servizio non erogato a causa del covid bensì è una sua pratica consolida! Trovo questo un grave disservizio nei confronti del cliente che non dovrebbe richiedere un assaggio ma dovrebbe essere invitato ad assaggiare i prodotti che si vendono. Questa policy va a discapito di Cantolio perché ci fa pensare ,che non investendo in questo non creda fermamente nei suoi prodotti.. e ci sta perché attorno ci sono vini di altissima qualità. Essendo interessati al vino , Primitivo 15, lo abbiamo acquistato a scatola chiusa con le nostre conoscenze in quanto le commesse presenti non hanno presentato le caratteristiche del prodotto e non hanno dimostrato alcuna passione al riguardo.. estendo dicendo che non valorizzano neanche gli altri prodotti locali presenti. We have been coming to Manduria for 10 years now, we are passionate about Primitivo wine and we like to wander around cellars .. now we know them all! As 5 years ago, here, there are no tastings regarding wine and local specialties, so it is not a service that is not provided because of the covid but it is a consolidated practice! I find this a serious disservice to the customer who should not ask for a taste but should be invited to taste the products that are being sold. This policy is to the detriment of Cantolio because it makes us think, that by not investing in this, it does not firmly believe in its products .. and it is there because there are wines of the highest quality around it. Being interested in wine, Primitivo 15, we bought it a poke with our knowledge as the orders present did not present the characteristics of the product and did not show any passion about it .. I extend by saying that they do not even enhance the other local products present.

L	L G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella cantina, prezzi ottimi, prodotti eccellenti. A parte i vini, quest'anno ho preso il vino cotto, prodotto che non conoscevo, e che si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa. Beautiful cellar, excellent prices, excellent products. Apart from the wines, this year I took the vino cotto, a product I did not know, and which turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
