★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andati per un'urgenza risolvibile in pochi minuti, non hanno dato neanche uno sguardo prima di dirci di aspettare. siamo stati lì 30 minuti e poi abbiamo deciso di andar via. Non dico che bisognerebbe interrompere il proprio lavoro per ogni persona che arriva, ma sarebbe opportuno almeno spendere un minuto per valutare il tipo di problema e capire come intervenire e concordare un orario più consono per entrambi.
Went for an emergency that could be solved in a few minutes, they didn't even give a glance before telling us to wait. we were there 30 minutes and then we decided to leave. I am not saying that you should stop your work for every person who arrives, but it would be advisable to spend at least a minute to evaluate the type of problem and understand how to intervene and agree on a more suitable time for both.
