Consigliatissima!!! Young but excellent cellar of the Oltrepo Pavese, consistent both in tradition and in the sincere taste of the Oltrepò wine with an addition of elegance that just doesn't hurt !! S	Saverio Madama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finigeto è una cantina vitivinicola immersa nel cuore dell'Oltrepò Pavese e possiede un'importante estensione di vigneti in alcune delle zone più vocate alla produzione di uve di alta qualità; la fortunata ubicazione, sommata ad una grande passione e dedizione del titolare, Aldo Dallavalle, scaturisce nella produzione di diverse tipologie di vini caratteristici, caratterizzati peraltro da un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'azienda è completa e ben strutturata infatti in essa viene svolta tutta la filiera produttiva, dalla coltivazione dei vigneti alla produzione dei vini; merita altresì menzione la scelta dei nomi dei vini e la grafica delle etichette in quanto vogliono trasmettere al consumatore il "carattere" del vino. La sede aziendale mi piace molto, pur essendo sufficientemente imponente è discretamente inserita nel profilo collinare ed è caratterizzata dal rispetto della tipicità architettonica del contesto. Stasera berrò una bella bottiglia di Bonarda frizzante la "Grintosa"! La prossima volta che ordinerò del vino sarò curioso di assaggiare un'altra loro produzione: l'olio extravergine d'oliva d'Oltrepò... Finigeto is a wine cellar immersed in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese and has an important extension of vineyards in some of the areas most suited to the production of high quality grapes; the fortunate location, added to the great passion and dedication of the owner, Aldo Dallavalle, results in the production of different types of characteristic wines, also characterized by an excellent quality / price ratio. The company is complete and well structured, in fact the entire production chain is carried out in it, from the cultivation of the vineyards to the production of wines; the choice of the names of the wines and the graphics of the labels also deserve mention as they want to convey to the consumer the "character" of the wine. I really like the company headquarters, although it is sufficiently impressive it is discreetly inserted in the hilly profile and is characterized by respect for the architectural typicality of the context. Tonight I'll drink a nice bottle of sparkling Bonarda the "Grintosa"! The next time I order wine I will be curious to taste another of their production: the extra virgin olive oil of Oltrepò ...
I	Ilaria RIGHETTI -ITALY- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un grandissimo plauso va a Fabrizio che ci ha accolti nella cantina, ci ha mostrato le vigne e ha raccontato in modo esemplare non solo i vini e le loro caratteristiche ma anche tutto il "contorno": gli accompagnamenti (la ricerca del presidio, l'equilibrio dell'olio, della focaccia, l'abbinamento con i formaggi stupendi e il cioccolato); ha saputo spiegare il perchè di ogni ricerca legata sia al vino che agli accompagamenti, raccontando la loro storia immersa nel verde delle colline dell'oltrepo' e valorizzando al massimo non solo la cantina ma anche il territorio che li accoglie. Complimenti, Fabrizio super!!!! A huge applause goes to Fabrizio who welcomed us into the cellar, showed us the vineyards and told us in an exemplary way not only the wines and their characteristics but also the whole "side dish": the accompaniments (the search for the garrison, the balance of oil, focaccia, pairing with wonderful cheeses and chocolate); has been able to explain the reason for each research linked to both wine and accompaniments, telling their story immersed in the green hills of the Oltrepò and making the most not only of the cellar but also the territory that welcomes them. Congratulations, Fabrizio super !!!!
