Local highly recommended. The managers are super welcoming and friendly, they take care of the customer without missing anything. Obviously what they prepare is needless to say, it is very good! The cutting boards are abundant and filling. I come there often and I take my friends there whenever I can, because it is an ideal place to spend an evening where you can have dinner or just have a drink with friends.

The gem of Imola! Magnificent evening thanks to an exquisite staff. Excellent location, with attention to the smallest details to accompany the customer between delicacies coming out of the kitchen and excellent cellars! Furthermore, I would like to underline the impeccable organizational and character qualities of Alessandro and Julia, always ready not to let the customer lack for anything.

I have been several times to the Cantina del Cedro and I must say that every time I had a great time. From the tasty and abundant aperitif with cutting boards and wine, to the dinner with venison polenta that drove me crazy. Last time Alessandro the owner recommended a little known but truly exceptional Sicilian white wine. It amazed me. Its wine selection is very good with excellent value for money. Not to mention the grappas. HELLO !!! Congratulations also for the decor of the room. He welcomes you immediately and makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back.

I was in this place a few days ago with a group of friends, a suggestive and very welcoming place. From cutting boards to first courses. Platters full of exquisite cured meats and exceptional cheeses. Great range of wines. Wide choice of Gin.Giulia and Alessandro are very nice and attentive in knowing how to advise each customer. I highly recommend this place, because it is truly exceptional, from the quality of the products to the price.

A fantastic evening, Alessandro and Giulia delighted us with excellent cappellacci with meat sauce, freshly made tigelle, salami to say the least divine and an extraordinary dessert, The wine is of excellent quality. An evening is spent in the name of good company and lightheartedness, an evening with friends. In short, everything is SUPER, very beautiful, well-kept and suggestive in the heart of Imola.

A place discovered almost by chance in the streets of the center of Imola, very welcoming and spacious even if it seems small from the outside, all thanks to the wooden staircase that leads to the basement where wonderful tables created by hand are hidden in a very special context. Attentive and easy-going staff. The dinner, or rather, aperitif, was made up of 2 cutting boards, the Romagna and the Tuscan, where the quality of the cold cuts and cheeses is exceptional, it's a pity for not having found a little squacquerone in the Romagna cutting board, I I would have expected it being particular of the place it represents. The cutting boards include some tigelle, perhaps a few, even if they can be requested from the staff in the dining room (at an extra price) who will make them reach the table in the shortest possible time, they are "pulled" and cooked on the spot. The cocktails on offer are also excellent, in the restaurant you can find a wide choice of refined Gins and for various pockets, even the most common drinks are well proportioned and presented in a pleasant way. The prices are in line with the rest of the places that offer a similar experience, perhaps I would offer more tigelle / wraps included with the 2 cutting boards (priced at € 20 each), as a basket for 4 people is very little, even if the the cost of the extra ones is not particularly high (€ 1.5 for the tigelle). I plan to go back to try first and second courses, as from the dishes that went around the room it seems to be really worth it. TDM.
