★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel ristorante tipico piemontese ma non la solita trattoria. Sevizio più elegante con piatto di benvenuto della cucina nell'attesa dei piatti ordinati. Molto apprezzato!
Carta dei vini ricca, ottimo Verduno Pelaverga.
Risotto toma, miele e nocciole delicato e gustoso; molto buono anche il classico brasato.
Per finire un buon budino allo zabaione, amaretti e nocciole.
Prezzo leggermente più alto del solito ma fattibile.
 A nice typical Piedmontese restaurant but not the usual trattoria. More elegant service with a welcome dish from the kitchen while waiting for the dishes ordered. Much appreciated!
Rich wine list, excellent Verduno Pelaverga.
Delicate and tasty toma, honey and hazelnut risotto; the classic braised meat is also very good.
To finish, a good eggnog, amaretti and hazelnut pudding.
Price slightly higher than usual but doable.

Personale ottimo, preparato e simpatico. Ci ha servito una donna speciale. È riuscita a farci compagnia nei pochi istanti in cui ci serviva. Lo consiglio a tutti.
Gone with old friends ... Those who know all the places where the cuisine is typical of our parts. You eat well and spend the right amount. Excellent, prepared and friendly staff. A special woman served us. She managed to keep us company in the few moments we needed it. I recommend it to everybody.

Non la definirei osteria, è un locale più raffinato.
Ottimi gli gnocchi, tajarin ai 40 tuorli con salsiccia di Bra, e ravioli del plin..
Ampia scelta di vini del Roero, e non solo, ovviamente. Prezzi nella media della zona, forse un pelo più alti, ma siamo lì. Lo raccomando caldamente!

I wouldn't call it a tavern, it's a more refined place.
Excellent dumplings, tajarin with 40 yolks with Bra sausage, and ravioli del plin ..
Wide choice of Roero wines, and beyond, of course. Prices in the area average, maybe a bit higher, but we are there. I highly recommend it!
