Una scommessa di un uomo del nord, che con una sorta di immigrazione al contrario ha puntato su di un vino siciliano ,il nero d’Avola, dal quale produce 3 vini. Una vittoria. Si perché le tre interpretazioni dello stesso vitigno sono di estrema differenza e di altrettanta piacevolezza. Vini che insieme alla accoglienza ricevuta mi hanno emozionato. Ringrazio il sig Möllg per l’opportunità concessami nel visitare la cantina con così scarso preavviso. In oltre elogio il signor Salvo con il quale abbiamo fatto la degustazione per la preparazione e la squisita cortesia. Non ho potuto assaggiare il bianco , il salipetrj, perché non era ancora pronto. Lo ordinerò appena lo sarà e colmerò questa lacuna sicuro che non tradirà le aspettative. Prezzi incredibili per i vini degustati. Chapeau!! A small cellar. A bet by a man from the north, who with a sort of immigration on the contrary has focused on a Sicilian wine, Nero d'Avola, from which he produces 3 wines. A win. Yes, because the three interpretations of the same vine are extremely different and equally pleasant. Wines that together with the welcome I received excited me. I thank Mr Möllg for the opportunity granted me to visit the winery on such short notice. In addition, I praise Mr. Salvo with whom we did the tasting for the preparation and the exquisite courtesy. I couldn't taste the white, the salipetrj, because it wasn't ready yet. I will order it as soon as it is and I will fill this gap sure that it will not betray expectations. Incredible prices for the wines tasted. Chapeau !!

La qualità del prodotto è alta e una volta provate le varie tipologie di vino è impossibile non comprarne qualche bottiglia da godersi a casa o da regalare ad un amico speciale. Speciale il Moscato bianco secco e la relativa grappa, ottimi e dal bouquet ricco anche i neri d'Avola Visited the vineyard (organic) and the cellar, with tasting of 3 wines accompanied by cheeses and focaccias typical of the Ragusa area. The quality of the product is high and once you have tried the various types of wine it is impossible not to buy a few bottles to enjoy at home or to give to a special friend. The dry white Moscato and the relative grappa are special, excellent and with a rich bouquet also the blacks of Avola

Consigliato il Moscato bianco secco e la grappa, ottimi anche i neri d'Avola. Sicuramente da visitare piu di una volta, Consigliata! Exceptional small winery, a reality in the south of Sicily where the quality is very high, the variety is also excellent. We learned about the different growing conditions and substrates, and tasted the excellent wine and grappa. Its not a large wine processing area, just a few rooms and very much a working place. No opportunity to buy.

We were able to see how the wine is stored and matured and learn about the wine making process. We sampled a range of wines and learnt so much from our visit. This is a must see winery!
