Sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito, personale estremamente attento al cliente e qualità dei prodotti piuttosto alta.
La responsabile - poi - è stata davvero brava a farmi sentire a casa senza averla mai ocnosciuta prima.
Se si cerca il piacere del design e validi consigli di arredo confermo che questo è il posto giusto.

I was pleasantly impressed, staff extremely attentive to the customer and rather high product quality.
The manager - then - was really good at making me feel at home without ever having recognized her before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avete a disposizione un anno per aspettare 8 mattonelle e un pezzetto di alzatina questo è il posto che fa per voi! Ho acquistato tutti i materiali per la ristrutturazione effettuata nel 2020 e, non contento dei numerosi disservizi offerti già in questo primo acquisto, ho ordinato qualche mattonella della cucina in aggiunta nel giugno del 2021. In fondo nulla poteva andar storto in un ordine così piccolo e valeva la pena rischiare per essere sicuri di avere le stesse mattonelle ordinate in precedenza. Nulla di più sbagliato! Grazie alla non professionalità di Italo (che non lavora più per loro, ma non ti avverte nessuno, e tu continui a chiamarlo a vuoto per più di un mese), all’inefficienza di Roberto e al fantomatico coordinamento di Francesco, a distanza di un anno ancora non c’è ombra del mio ordine! A nulla valgono le numerose chiamate, le visite in negozio per sollecitare, i messaggi, il fatto che io sia stato un buon pagatore, riusciranno comunque a stupirvi non esaudendo le vostre richieste. Statene alla larga, la perdita di tempo è assicurata!
If you have a year to wait for 8 tiles and a piece of backsplash this is the place for you! I purchased all the materials for the renovation carried out in 2020 and, not satisfied with the numerous disservices already offered in this first purchase, I ordered some additional kitchen tiles in June 2021. Basically nothing could go wrong in such a small and it was worth the risk to make sure you got the same tiles you ordered earlier. Nothing more wrong! Thanks to Italo's unprofessionalism (who no longer works for them, but nobody warns you, and you keep calling him empty for more than a month), Roberto's inefficiency and Francesco's phantom coordination, at a distance of a year still there is no shadow of my order! The numerous calls, the visits to the shop to solicit, the messages, the fact that I was a good payer, will still manage to surprise you by not fulfilling your requests are of no use. Stay away, the waste of time is guaranteed!
