Non siete mica IKEA! Mi aspettavo un po' più di serietà da voi e sopratutto un letto e una scrivania fatti di compensato. Però c'è da dire che non tutto è fatto di truciolato e molte cose sono d'avvero di qualità. Nel montaggio mi hanno creato un grave danno e dopo varie telefonate, non solo non mi hanno risarcito del danno ma non si sono fatti più sentire. Ciò significa che una volta incassato il denaro per loro non ha più importanza se il cliente è soddisfatto o meno. Purtroppo ingenuamente e fidandomi del "nome" ho saldato ugualmente il mobile. Non hanno cercato neanche una soluzione alternativa per venirmi incontro ed aiutarmi a fissarlo. Ho dovuto in seguito risolvere, a mie spese, il problema contattando persone di fiducia. Che dire? Professionalità ZERO serietà ZERO. Non me lo aspettavo proprio! Ovviamente né io né tutti coloro che hanno saputo dell'accaduto ci serviremo, in futuro, dalla Benedetti srl. Bad experience. I then had to solve the problem at my own expense by contacting trusted people. What to say? ZERO professionalism ZERO seriousness. I wasn't expecting that at all! Obviously, neither I nor all those who knew what happened will, in the future, be used by Benedetti srl.

Ho chiesto tempo fa un pezzo di ricambio per un armadio quattro stagioni della Falegnami. Dopo diverse e mail di sollecito da parte mia e dopo diverse promesse e rimandi da parte loro, non mi hanno fatto sapere più nulla,ho desistito e sto cercando di risolvere in altro modo.
