★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In uno stupendo contesto una famiglia con sani principi cucina col cuore. Domenica scorsa hanno ospitato il club Ducati di Alessandria dedicandogli l'intero locale. Il menù è stato concordato in modo da offrire un ottimo ristoro ad un gruppo così numeroso. Pranzo gestito con attenzione, sapori molto interessanti e porzioni abbondanti ad un prezzo veramente conveniente. Grazie per l'ospitalità, ci rivedremo presto.
In a wonderful context, a family with sound principles cooks with the heart. Last Sunday they hosted the Ducati club in Alessandria, dedicating the entire venue to them. The menu was agreed in order to offer an excellent refreshment to such a large group. Carefully managed lunch, very interesting flavors and generous portions at a really affordable price. Thanks for the hospitality, we will see you again soon.

All' interno il locale è caratteristico e curato, la pizza ottima e i titolari simpatico e accogluenti che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se siete in giro per il Monferrato dovete visitare Fubine un paese che si inerpica su per la collina con un centro storico molto suggestivo e i suoi "Infernot" i sotterranei scavati sotto le abitazioni.Per finire in bellezza dovete fermarvi al "Cantico dei Capperi " un ristorante situato in un vecchio casale dove si possono assaggiare tutte le eccellenze del territorio e anche delle meravigliose pizze. Fabrizio e Roberta sono più che ristoratori : sono innamorati del loro lavoro e questo traspare nei loro occhi...non perdetevi questa eccellenza! Se volete essere sicuri di trovare posto prenotate prima !
If you are around the Monferrato you must visit Fubine a village that climbs up the hill with a very suggestive historic center and its "Infernot", the underground dug under the houses. restaurant located in an old farmhouse where you can taste all the excellences of the area and also some wonderful pizzas.
