★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italian council run pounds are terrible places, Partanna is dreadful, I had a 6 year old dog in foster and went to finaliste the adoption. An appointment had been made through my vet to meet the council vet there. The vet only visits on Wednesday mornings so I drive the 65kms hthere and the vet didn't bother to turn up. If he shows such disregard for humans imagine his regard fir the animals he is paid to care for.
