★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due giorni viaggio organizzato dove chiedo in agenzia se ci sono problemi per le mie intolleranza alimentari e mi dice nessun problema avviso io che le fanno quello che può mangiare,arriviamo in hotel chiedo a loro e all accompagnatrice se è tutto a posto e mi sento dire che nessuno sa niente e non hanno niente per me(avevo chiesto una minestra di verdure non un branzino), lasciamo perdere poi che nessuno si è interessato per me, che ho fatto pur pagando due giorni di digiuno e che l unica cosa che potevo mangiare mi dicono dopo aver servito tutti che era finita, mai più
Two days organized trip where I ask in the agency if there are problems for my food intolerance and it tells me no problem I warn them that they can do what they can eat, we arrive at the hotel I ask them and their escort if everything is okay and I am told that nobody knows anything and they have nothing for me (I had asked for a vegetable soup not a sea bass), let's forget then that nobody cared for me, that I did while paying two days of fasting and that the only thing I could eat they tell me after serving everyone that it was over, never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto il piacere di prendere parte al viaggio ad Innsbruck del 23 Dicembre con questa compagnia, e devo dire che è stata un esperienza più che soddisfacente: l'autista preparatissimo ad ogni condizione atmosferica (durante il viaggio abbiamo trovato a tratti ghiaccio, nebbia e pioggia), una guida davvero calma e rilassante, nessuna fretta. L'accompagnatrice era davvero frizzante, simpatica e disponibile, pronta ad ogni chiarimento. Agenzia consigliatissima!
We had the pleasure of taking part in the trip to Innsbruck on 23 December with this company, and I must say that it was a more than satisfactory experience: the driver very well prepared for all weather conditions (during the trip we sometimes found ice, fog and rain), a really calm and relaxing drive, no rush. The escort was really bubbly, nice and helpful, ready for any clarification. Highly recommended agency!
