Mi viene detto che la macchina aveva pochi chilometri e prima della consegna l'avrebbero controllata e consegnata in due settimane. Non sono più riuscito a rintracciare il venditore per un mese e mezzo. Telefono sempre spento. Pagato 5000€ una macchina che ne valeva 1500€. Al momento della consegna non partiva neanche e scopro che la macchina aveva quasi 400000 chilometri. Mi sono rivolto ad un avvocato. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto di qualsiasi mezzo,che sia usato o nuovo. Seriousness zero! I bought a car, a 2006 rexton and paid immediately. Dopo il terzo mese che non ricevevo lo stipendio, decido di acquistare un auto perché era l'unico modo per rientrare dei miei soldi. Quindi l'11 dicembre 2019 acquisto un'auto + voltura a parte. Lavoro ancora 45 giorni circa per finire di pagare il tutto come da contratto rilasciato dal signor Benedetto Alek. Mi licenzia il 22 febbraio per la precisione, dopo aver finito di pagare tutto. E indovinate un po.... Ancora tutt'oggi non ho il passaggio di proprietà, come è successo a tanti altri clienti. Consiglio vivamente di non acquistare qualsiasi mezzo usato o anche i famosi KM 0. E soprattutto attenzione a cosa firmate ( leggete bene le cifre). P.S: sicuramente il signor Benedetto Alek smentirà dicendo che è tutto falso... Ma purtroppo è pieno di prove e testimoni. Consiglio vivamente al signor Benedetto Alek di denunciarmi se ho dichiarato il falso. I worked at Canavese Auto as a secretary for 8 months. And guess what .... Even today I don't have the change of ownership, as happened to many other customers. I highly recommend not to buy any used vehicle or even the famous KM 0. And above all pay attention to what you sign (read the figures carefully). PS: surely Mr. Benedetto Alek will deny it by saying that it is all false ... But unfortunately it is full of evidence and witnesses. I strongly recommend Mr. Benedetto Alek to report me if I have falsified.

Pensavo fosse una normale auto invece mancava aria condizionata, autoradio e chiusura centrale ma l'ho pagata 10 mila euro e non li valeva. Telefono quasi sempre staccato. Non dare acconti ma attendere la materialità della vettura e controllae bene Bought Panda. Noi ci siamo presentati con un budget veramente molto limitato, e Alek non ci ha guardato dall'alto in basso come alcuni suoi colleghi. Piuttosto ci ha aiutato a trovare la macchina adatta alle nostre esigenze. Siamo molto soddisfatti dell'auto comprata. Alek è assolutamente competente e preparato a soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta. Ritiro la macchina e mi accorgo di: pulsante del finestrino rotto, manovella per specchietto rotta, stereo senza fusibile, cintura sedili posteriori rotta, ruote che mi era stato detto erano NUOVE, ricostruite e pure male perché ho dovuto spendere 70€ per farmele rimettere apposto sennò quando arrivavo ai 100 km la macchina iniziava a sbandare e tremava tutto il volante! Poi tasto dell'aria condizionata rotto e cassettone per documenti che senza botte forti non si chiude! Per chiudere in bellezza è da gennaio che aspettiamo il libretto e siamo al 24/03. Chiamiamo, mandiamo mail, scriviamo su WhatsApp e non ci viene data una risposta! Non do nemmeno un commento a queste persone davvero. Bad!
