L’organizzazione è infernale: una coda per pagare, una per i ravioli, una per un gruppo di cibi e una quarta per un altro gruppo. Se un tavolo decide di assaggiare tutto si ritrova, dopo avere passato (a volte letteralmente) ore tra una coda e l’altra, con almeno metà dei piatti freddi. Sperando che, come è successo, non finisca qualche ingrediente a metà serata!
Used in August on Saturday for dinners with dancing. The organization is hellish: one queue to pay, one for the ravioli, one for a group of foods and a fourth for another group. If a table decides to taste everything, it is found, after having spent (sometimes literally) hours between one queue and another, with at least half the cold dishes. Hoping that, as it happened, some ingredients will not end mid-evening!
