★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben posizionata per vedere il paese, che si raggiunge tramite una scalinata bellissima, posta appena dentro la porta del paese. Costo 15 euro per 24 ore, corrente compresa. Noi non siamo riusciti a frazionare il tempo per stare meno tempo. C'è carico e scarico. Questa notte è stata molto silenziosa!
 Well positioned to see the town, which can be reached via a beautiful staircase, located just inside the town gate. Cost 15 euros for 24 hours, electricity included. We weren't able to split up the time to spend less time. There is loading and unloading. This night was very quiet!

Area sosta camper nel parcheggio della Docciola separato dal parcheggio auto . Ampio piazzale ghiaiato con posti in piano e all’ombra dal lato strada mentre dal lato opposto necessita di cunei di livellamento e zonò meno ombreggiata . L’area dispone dei servizi di carico e scarico e di colonnine per la corrente . Il costo è fisso a 15 euro per 24 ore tramite pagamento con carta di credito . Le colonnine della corrente indicano un costo di 1 euro per 12 ore ma in realtà alla data odierna erano sempre attive ( nessun costo è limitazione oraria . Dal parcheggio si sale a Volterra dalla porta della Docciola con una scalinata di 256 gradini .

Camper park area in the Docciola car park separate from the car park. Large gravel yard with flat and shaded places on the road side while on the opposite side it needs leveling wedges and a less shaded area. The area has loading and unloading services and electricity columns. The cost is fixed at 15 euros for 24 hours by credit card payment. The electricity columns indicate a cost of 1 euro for 12 hours but in reality at today's date they were always active (no cost is hourly limitation. From the parking lot you go up to Volterra from the Docciola door with a staircase of 256 steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcune delle poche prese di corrente non funzionano e richiedono l'inserimento di 1 €uro per 12 ore. A me però mi ha fregato 4 €uro. Il pagamento solo con monete €. 15,00 dino alla mezzanotte del giorno successivo all'arrivo. Camper service nel fango e piuttosto disagevole. Però è silenziosa e ottima per la visita a Volterra.
Some of the few power sockets do not work and require the insertion of 1 € uro for 12 hours. But he cheated me of 4 € uro. Payment only with € coins. 15.00 until midnight of the day following arrival. Camper service in the mud and quite uncomfortable. But it is quiet and excellent for visiting Volterra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet place, very close to the beautiful town of Volterra. No more then a few minutes of walking for sightseeing. 24h parking costs 12€ and electricity is available. Also all Camper stop services.

Just takes a few minutes to go up the stairs to the center of Volterra. (Note: over 250 stairs)
