 Beautiful rest area very close to thebterme. 14 € / 24h. Showers, toilets, dryer, pizzeria and a very small market. Very tidy with games, barbeques and picnic tables. We'll be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la superstrada a due passi, è molto silenziosa. Totalmente indipendente. Tutti i servizi . Peccato che pandori e panettoni allo spaccio in area, sebbene a prezzi esigui, non riportassero la data di scadenza. Area sosta Camper merita il top delle stelle.
Despite the freeway just a stone's throw away, it is very quiet. Totally independent. All the services . Too bad that pandoro and panettone sold in the area, although at low prices, did not report the expiration date. Camper rest area deserves the top of the stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima area sosta camper. Comodissima per le terme. Prezzi modici e spazi molto ampi. Completamente in piano. Ottima anche la pinsa nel ristorante interno all’area.
Consigliata per le terme antica querciolaia ma anche per rapolano.
Excellent camper parking area. Very convenient for the spa. Moderate prices and very large spaces. Completely flat. The pinsa in the restaurant inside the area is also excellent.
Recommended for the Antica Querciolaia thermal baths but also for Rapolano.

Disponibile zona BBQ e giardino con tavoli e giochi per bambini,Bar, ci sono anche piazzole senza elettricità. Gestione curata e molto cordiale ?
Very spacious camper parking area adjacent to the spa, water, electricity, loading / unloading, bathroom, laundry shower, washing dishes.
Available BBQ area and garden with tables and games for children, Bar, there are also pitches without electricity. Careful and very friendly management ?

Piccolo Chalet -bar su ordinazione pane , pasta fresca ,brioche e poco altro. Sempre su prenotazione pinsa vari gusti .Blocco sevizi age' , presenza una asciugatrice.Posto strategico per soggiorno termale .10 € senza corrente 24 /h

Flat, spartan rest area, located between highway, railway and state road that leads to the spa 50 meters. Small Chalet -bar to order bread, fresh pasta, brioche and little else. Always on reservation for various flavors. Age service block, presence of a dryer. Strategic place for thermal stay. € 10 without electricity 24 / h

Very appreciable camper parking area. Low cost. For a day and a half we spent 19 euros. Electricity, loading-unloading, laundry and wi-fi are available. Convenient for entry to the spa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large facility with heaps of spaces, location is perfect if going to Terme next door. Quite a few spaces can park near trees so get some shade / bit of grass (rest of area is hard surface). With so many spaces you shouldnt need to book unless peak season which is just as well since my booking requests were not responded to. Other reviews mentioned train and road noise but didnt find them that bad.
Has all the standard facilities. You need 1 Euro coins for showers, washing machine, dryer and hot water for dishes so stock up.
Reception very friendly but only open 9 to 12, if you arrive outside those hours just drive up to barrier and get a token from machine, and sort it out next morning. Bar was closed for unknown reasons both days we were there but 5-10 min walk to nearest bakery
