★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione negativa si riferisce alla NON accoglienza da parte del personale che per ben DUE volte (sia ali 'andata che al ritorno) non ha nè salutato nè chiesto se avevo bisogno di assistenza continuando a chiacchierare dietro al banco fra di loro come nulla fosse.....essendo già affezionata cliente in un altra città nel cui negozio Camomilla il personale è disponibile e professionale non ho apprezzato per niente questo atteggiamento !!
 My negative review refers to the NON welcome by the staff who for TWO times (both on the outward and return journeys) did not say hello or ask if I needed assistance, continuing to chat behind the counter between them as if nothing had happened ..... being already a loyal customer in another city in whose Camomilla shop the staff is helpful and professional, I didn't appreciate this attitude at all !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sn entrata in questo negozio a dir poco schioccante la scena delle commesse sedute in magazzino una di fronte all altra che parlavano fra d loro e utilizzavano il cellulare vedendo i clienti entrare ed uscire senza neanche dire buonasera,volevo acquistare ma CN questa indifferenza ho deciso d nn lasciare un euro..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è stato possibile pagare con Carta di Credito (sfortuna o periodo di saldi?). Il prezzo del capo era 29,97 euro e la commessa ha chiesto "30 euro". Tre centesimi non mi arricchiscono, ma non è corretto il modo di fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho ricevuto il messaggio per il ritiro della borsa omaggio, ho chiamato per sapere se fosse disponibile e la commessa mi ha subito confermato che potevo passare a ritirarla. Appena arrivata anche se la borsa non richiedeva un minimo di acquisto è stata molto gentile e disponibile mi ha mostrato tutti i colori fra cui scegliere. Tornerò per gli acquisti in questo punto vendita perché è in queste occasioni che si testa la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale. Inoltre la borsa è molto carina ne avevo acquistata una uguale l'anno scorso ma in un altro colore.
