★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scorretto ed incompetente. Ordino un occhiale : montatura 80+ lente graduata 80 + prisma 100 Totale 260. Dopo ben 20 giorni e vari solleciti mi chiamano.....sorpresa l'occhiale non ha il prisma ( hanno scoperto che il loro fornitore non li fa ). Potevamo avvisare !!!!...vabbè potrei anche prenderli faro' a meno nel prisma. Chiedo quindi il prezzo finale (dovrebbe essere 160) ...sorpresa...no signore il prezzo e sempre 260. Spiegazione ? Dopo varie arrampicate di specchi e cercare di farmeli prendere .....mi incazzo e si procede col rimborso. PESSIMI
 Incorrect and incompetent staff. I order a pair of glasses: frame 80 + graduated lens 80 + prism 100 Total 260. After 20 days and several reminders they call me ..... surprise the glasses do not have a prism (they discovered that their supplier does not make them). We could have warned !!!! ... oh well I could also take them I'll do without in the prism. So I ask the final price (it should be 160) ... surprise ... no sir, the price is always 260. Explanation? After several scrambles of mirrors and trying to make me take them ..... I get pissed off and we proceed with the refund. BAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese e preparato , ma sono 3 settimane che attendo un occhiale da vista al momento della vendita il tempo di consegna era 2 settimane che è già tanto; ancora non è arrivato. Stessa esperienza per un occhiale da sole che ha richiesto più di un mese . Probabilmente arrivati gli occhiali cercherò un altro negozio.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, but for 3 weeks I have been waiting for a pair of eyeglasses at the time of sale, the delivery time was 2 weeks which is already so much; still has not arrived. Same experience for a pair of sunglasses that took more than a month. Probably when I get my glasses I'll look for another store.

Poi sono entrato qui da GrandVision ed ho conosciuto [ Paolo ] a cui ho confidato il mio problema. Lui ha saputo ascoltare, valutare e suggerirmi una rosa di soluzioni al mio problema. Non è stato facile perché per risolvere ce ne è voluto un po, ma Paolo mi ha dimostrato competenza, pazienza e professionalità.
Subito dopo mi ha presentato [ Andrea ] che con l'abilità di un fuoriclasse mi ha dimostrato le stesse qualità di Paolo e, assieme mi hanno fornito i prodotti migliori e le soluzioni finali per farmi tornare a vedere chiaro!
Adesso di Giorno vedo bene e penso a colori. Di notte dormo e sogno a colori perché ho risolto i problemi di vista e messa a fuoco grazie ai consigli ed ai prodotti di [ Paolo e Andrea ]
Se è vero che gli occhi sono la finestra dell'Anima, la tua lingua potrà nasconderti la verità, ma i tuoi occhi non cederanno all'inganno!
Affidali alle Competenze professionali di Paolo e Andrea e tornerai a vederci chiaro!
During the day I saw in color and thought in black and white. I didn't sleep at night, I read and saw in black and white.
Then I entered here at GrandVision and met [Paolo] to whom I confided my problem. He was able to listen, evaluate and suggest a range of solutions to my problem. It wasn't easy because it took a while to resolve, but Paolo showed me competence, patience and professionalism.
Immediately after he introduced me to [Andrea] who, with the skill of a champion, showed me the same qualities as Paolo and, together, they provided me with the best products and final solutions to make me see clearly again!
Now during the day I see well and I think in color. At night I sleep and dream in color because I have solved vision and focus problems thanks to the advice and products of [Paolo and Andrea]
If it is true that the eyes are the window of the Soul, your tongue may hide the truth from you, but your eyes will not succumb to deception!

Qui affidati alla professionalità di Andrea e Paolo e, scoprirai di avere risparmiato tempo ed evitato altre delusioni. I tuoi occhi torneranno a vederci chiaro e, sarai talmente soddisfatto che non vedrai l'ora di consigliarli ad altri come sto facendo io in questa recensione. Dubbi ?
