N	Nadia L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso il loro negozio per valutare l'acquisto di una stufa a pellet. In serata ho cercato in internet quali altri punti vendita vendessero in provincia di Reggio Emilia lo stesso prodotto in quanto la loro quotazione è risultata ben più costosa! 1000 euro in più per la stessa stufa! La signora Silva ha saputo della mia ricerca e mi ha fatto una telefonata di insulti totalmente fuori luogo vietandomi di visitare nuovamente il loro negozio!! Ora capisco perché avevo sentito parlare di loro in termini assolutamente non lusinghieri! Hanno dei buoni marchi ma evidenti problemi a rapportarsi con i clienti in maniera professionale. Non consigliato. Aggiorno quanto già pubblicato precisando che oggi sono stata di nuovo personalmente contattata via whatsapp dalla proprietaria la quale mi ha intimata per ben 2 volte di stare molto attenta per quello che ho pubblicato (nient'altro che la verità!) e ha anche minacciato di usufruire "dell'avvocato che ha in casa" (testuali parole) a seguito della mia recensione! Se avessi avuto idea dell'uso che la signora avrebbe fatto del mio numero telefonico di sicuro non glielo avrei mai fornito! Impensabile di essere minacciati da un rivenditore per aver chiesto all' azienda quali fossero gli altri rivenditori in zona e ancora meno per aver scritto una recensione!! In the evening I looked on the internet which other points of sale in the province of Reggio Emilia were selling the same product as their price was much more expensive! 1000 euros more for the same stove! Mrs. Silva learned of my research and gave me a phone call of totally inappropriate insults forbidding me to visit their shop again !! Now I understand why I had heard of them in absolutely unflattering terms! They have good brands but obvious problems in dealing with customers in a professional manner. Not recommended. I update what has already been published specifying that today I was again personally contacted via whatsapp by the owner who told me twice to be very careful for what I published (nothing but the truth!) And also threatened to use "of the lawyer who has at home" (exact words) following my review! If I had had any idea of the use that the lady would have made of my telephone number, I would certainly never have given it to her! Unthinkable to be threatened by a retailer for asking the company what other retailers were in the area and even less for writing a review!
