Quando siamo andate ci ha consigliato sulle stufe a pellet presenti e ci ha mostrato quelle dal catalogo. Ci ha aiutato nella scelta del modello e ci è venuta incontro anche con il finanziamento. L'installazione è avvenuta in modo rapido e senza problemi e sono ritornati anche quando abbiamo richiamato per far sistemare una cosa, senza farci pagare nulla in aggiunta. a	amalia stella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispiace veramente lasciare questa recensione, clienti da una vita, abbiamo acquistato molte cose da scacco, ma questa volta sono stati una delusione, abbiamo comprato un barbeque in muratura, modello Portofino, ci siamo fatti convincere per un marmo che non ci piaceva, soprattutto a mia moglie, perché ci avevano fatto vedere come veniva una volta lucidato, risultato che i marmi erano opachi e oltretutto con evidenti graffi, li riportiamo al laboratorio che non fa altro che scartavetrarli , togliendo i graffi ma rendendoli opachi come fossero grezzi, quando abbiamo chiesto di lucidarli ci è stato risposto che avevano finito il prodotto per lucidato, contattiamo telefonicamente il titolare e ci consiglia di lucidare i marmi, con il coppale per il legno, ??, post vendita da dimenticare... Tutto è cominciato a settembre e non si è risolto nel migliori dei modi a distanza di 4 mesi con la promessa che il proprietario avrebbe risolto subito. anche provando a chiamare insistentemente non c'è stato nessun riscontro reale sul problema posto, cioè rimandavano sempre il problema. Siamo arrivati a dicembre che ho dovuto pagare ulteriori soldi per mandare a prendere l'oggetto non installato originariamente. curate di piu il post vendita. se fosse andata diversamente avrei dato piu stelle.
