★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono finiti i tempi del vecchio proprietario..... mi hanno montato una stufa a pellet 3 anni fa a loro dire "super scontata" peccato che ho speso piu' di montaggio che di stufa, senza contare i danni al muro per portarla su. Poi vogliamo parlare del montaggio??? Montatore che sgridava con uno dei proprietari in continuazione, urli discussioni, proprio un bel vedere..... cigliegina sulla torta ora dopo 3 anni e un uso assai limitato (avra' bruciato 50 sacchi di pellet in 3 anni) ora display bloccato e non si capisce come sbloccarlo..... Ho acquistato ora un palazzo antico con soffitti affrescati alti 6 metri, serviranno almeno 8 stufe, pensate che mi rivolgero' ancora da loro nonostante sia stato un loro vecchio cliente ancora dal 2003 col vecchio proprietario? No grazie!
Gone are the days of the old owner ..... they mounted me a pellet stove 3 years ago they say "super obvious" too bad I spent more assembly than the stove, not counting the damage to the wall to bring it up . Then we want to talk about the assembly ??? Fitter scolding with one of the owners all the time, shouting discussions, just a pretty sight ..... icing on the cake now after 3 years and very limited use (he will have burned 50 bags of pellets in 3 years) now display blocked and it is not clear how to unlock it ..... I have now purchased an ancient building with frescoed ceilings 6 meters high, at least 8 stoves will be needed, do you think that I will contact them again despite having been an old customer of theirs since 2003 with the old owner? No thanks!
