Acquistata un camicia da regalare a Natale una volta aperta abbiamo riscontrato un difetto su una manica, siamo tornati al negozio presso il centro commerciale IperAffi (VR) e si sono rifiutati di sostituire il prodotto, al limite la spedivano in fabbrica e poi mi avrebbero fatto sapere.
Abito a 40 km dal negozio e ho già fatto due viaggi secondo, loro dovrei farne un terzo per tornare a prendere una camicia che loro mi hanno dato diffettosa!!!
Ho chiesto se nel caso fosse stata sbagliata la taglia mi avrebbero cambiato il capo, mi hanno detto di sì ma in questo caso proprio non possono!!!
Per finirla mi sono ripreso la mia camicia difettosa che userò per controllare l'olio della macchina e sicuramente non metterò mai più piede in nessun negozio Camicissima!!!
Never again a Camicissima product !!!
Once we bought a shirt to give as a gift for Christmas, once opened we found a defect on one sleeve, we went back to the shop at the IperAffi shopping center (VR) and they refused to replace the product, at least they sent it to the factory and then they would have made me know.
I live 40 km from the shop and I have already made two second trips, they should make a third one to go back to get a shirt that they gave me defective !!!
I asked if if the size was wrong they would change my garment, they said yes but in this case they just can't !!!
To finish it I have taken back my faulty shirt which I will use to check the oil of the car and I will certainly never set foot in any Camicissima shop again !!!
