La qualità delle camicie su misura (l'unico loro prodotto che ho ripetutamente acquistato) è pregevole; ampio assortimento di polsini, ma soprattutto di colletti; possibilità di incidere le iniziali, scegliere il tipo di bottoni, ecc. Possibilità di scelta dei tessuti “a terra” limitata (es. due soli tipi di tessuto bianco), teoricamente molto più ampia “a catalogo”. Unica nota dolente il servizio clienti, andato peggiorando nel corso degli anni: ritardi nelle consegne, presunzione nei modi. Dopo 9 camicie su misura acquistate nel corso di 8 anni, d’ora in poi mi rivolgerò altrove. EDIT del 18 settembre 2021 Oggi sono tornato per ordinare altre due camicie. Dopo animata - e mi auguro risolutiva - discussione con la titolare, ci siamo chiariti. Mi sono ricreduto rispetto a quanto scritto precedentemente in quanto mi ha assicurato che la cura del cliente, insieme alla qualità del prodotto, è sempre di più in cima ai suoi pensieri. Prima avevo messo tre stelle, adesso ne rimetto cinque. Company dedicated to the production of small and semi-artisanal batches with high added value. The only sore point is the customer service, which has worsened over the years: delays in deliveries, presumption in the ways. After 9 bespoke shirts purchased over the course of 8 years, from now on I will look elsewhere. EDIT of 18 September 2021 I went back today to order two more shirts. After an animated - and I hope decisive - discussion with the owner, we clarified. I changed my mind from what was written previously as it assured me that customer care, together with the quality of the product, is increasingly at the top of his thoughts. Before I had put three stars, now I put back five.
