★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ho chiamato per rifare tutti i serramenti con la modalità dello sconto in fattura. Il titolare sig. Camerino mi dice che non ci sono problemi. Viene per ben 3 volte a prendere le misure dei serramenti. Dopo 4 mesi chiamo per sapere se il materiale è arrivato. Risponde una segretaria sgarbata e mi dice che loro non fanno nessuno sconto in fattura. Assurdo!!! mi fanno aspettare 4 mesi e poi? Non fanno nessun 110?!?! Ma dirlo prima?! Sembrava brutto chiamare?! E se non avessi chiamato??? Mi hanno fatto perdere tempo.... educazione e professionalità pari a zero. Sconsigliatissimo.
I called him to redo all the windows using the discount method on the invoice. The owner Mr. Camerino tells me there are no problems. He comes 3 times to take the measurements of the windows. After 4 months I call to find out if the material has arrived. A rude secretary answers and tells me that they don't give any discount on the invoice. Absurd!!! they make me wait 4 months and then? They do no 110?!?! But say it first ?! Sounded bad to call ?! What if I hadn't called ??? They made me waste my time .... education and professionalism equal to zero. Not recommended.
