We now own a neglected olive grove in Dolceaqua, and he is helping us revitalize our orchard. He speaks good English, is involved and knowledgeable. In March we will prune our trees together with him. We learn a lot from him !

M	Matthias De Waele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an excellent experience! We had an incredible time learning about Olive Oil and Andrea was so passionate, patient, and kind. His father was also a jovial man who shared the same passion and energy. We began with a tour around the city of Apricale, drank a coffee and learned about the history of the city and then went to his olive orchards and took a nice walk while we were taught about his process. To top it off we tasted some very delicious things and got to really see if we could put our tastebuds to the test. We laughed so much and learned so much about Olive Oil, Olives, and the incredible skill it takes to do what he does. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone. Andrea even allowed us to bring our dog and she had the time of her life. This was the top experience of our holidays.

We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the olive growing/oil making process and tasting Andrea's olive oil, along with his other delicious treats. Would highly recommend for anyone curious about olive oil or who just wants to spend a lovely afternoon strolling through Apricale and the countryside!
