Mi sono rivolta a loro per una richiesta di anticipo naspi e mi hanno detto che non avevo i requisiti per accedervi. Me lo hanno detto in tre in quell'ufficio. Quando su internet c'era scritto chiaro e tondo che rientravo nei casi, cosa confermata privatamente anche dal mio commercialista. Alla fine ho parlato direttamente con l'INPS che mi ha confermato la mia versione. Ho fatto la richiesta privatamente in via telematica e ne sono uscita... ma se mi fossi fermata a quanto mi aveva detto l'ufficio del patronato a quest'ora non avrei risolto nulla. Se avete problemi andate in un altro ufficio, assolutamente non in questo perché non sanno fare il loro lavoro. Totally incompetent. They don't know what they are doing. When on the internet it was written plainly that I was part of the cases, which was also confirmed privately by my accountant. In the end I spoke directly with INPS who confirmed my version.
