Purtroppo però ho avuto una pessima accoglienza da parte della signora del servizio della toelettatura (era la prima volta che andavo). La signora si è calata la mascherina mentre parlava con me e non si fa in questo periodo di covid, mi dispiace. E già questo è tutto un dire...poi il mio cagnolino aveva tanto pelo ed era necessario rasarlo, ma non l'ha voluto fare perché siamo a febbraio. Può starci l'idea ed infatti non ho detto niente...ma che mi venga a dire: eh devi portarlo prima a tosare, è troppo tardi, ha tanto pelo, devi tosarlo ogni due mesi...intanto siamo periodo covid, sono tutti pieni quelli che tosano gli animali e l'unica libera era lei (che ho saputo all'ultimo facesse anche toelettatura) e quindi sono andata da lei. Ma bisogna capire che i proprietari di animali in questo momento stanno facendo fatica a trovare dove portarli perché è tutto pieno, quindi quando trovi una persona e ti risponde così...rimango abbastanza allibita. Quindi sono tornata a casa senza risolvere niente, non ci tornerò più. Ho sempre tosato il mio cagnolino e non ho mai avuto problemi, solo con questa persona ho avuto problemi. Bisogna saper fare con i clienti, perché facendo così li perdete e basta. Sconsigliata vivamente! Very well stocked shop for the purchase of pet products.
