Inoltre ci è stata attribuita una camera economica, mentre l’agenzia pensava di aver prenotato una standard con molte comodità, ma che senza aver contattato l’hotel, ovviamente, non poteva sapere che in realtà l’acquisto era riferito a la camera meno attrezzata che ci fosse. Il personale poi maleducato sia con noi che con il segretario dell’hotel, che li ha dovuti contattare per riferirgli il nostro mal contento. Una stella per questa agenzia è fin troppo.
