Ci avevano comunicato avremmo avuto incluso nel prezzo un bagaglio da imbarcare, ma così non è stato. Abbiamo dovuto pagare 150 euro in più in aereoporto. Non sono un fake ma Giorgia Longato, persona alla quale non avete fornito nemmeno il foglio bianco che menzioni nella tua risposta riducendone l'importanza. Avete chiuso per ferie senza preoccuparvi di chiamarmi per ritirare i documenti prima della chiusura dell'agenzia. Sai bene ciò di cui parlo avendone già discusso a voce. Unfortunately, they did not take care of anything, nor of communicating the travel documents or the booking code, much less did they take care of checking them in. We were told that we would have included a piece of luggage to be checked in, but this was not the case. We had to pay 150 euros more at the airport. I am not a fake but Giorgia Longato, a person to whom you have not even provided the blank sheet that you mention in your answer, reducing its importance. You closed for holidays without bothering to call me to collect the documents before the agency closes. You know well what I am talking about having already discussed it verbally.
