In occasione del mio matrimonio, decido di andare a dare un occhiata per l acquisto delle calzature per me e per un paio di Casadei da regalare a mia madre. Entro, saluto, il negozio è vuoto, la signora all entrata mi guarda e tace. Vado verso le calzature da uomo e noto un paio di scarpe stringate che avrebbero potuto fare al caso. Ne prendo una per poterla visionare meglio e la signora me la toglie dalle mani dicendomi "dimmi". Le rispondo che sto dando un occhiata. Mi volto e mi avvicino alle Casadei (il cui prezzo si aggira intorno alle 700 euro), e la signora mi apostrofa con un "quelle sono scarpe da donna". La rassicuro dicendole che so riconoscerle perfettamente. Al che si allontana e mi segue per un quarto d ora con lo sguardo sospettoso di chi ha il terrore di esser derubata. Ringrazio, esco, e la signora si trattiene nel suo mutismo. Al mio matrimonio saranno presenti 160 invitati e sicuramente farò un ottima pubblicità a questi CIABATTINI. Lavoro al pubblico da 20 anni e posso solo consigliare a questi personaggi di imparare a rispettare il cliente e, quantomeno, a salutarlo, è alla base di una buona pubblicità. Per la prima volta in vita mia mi sono sentito fortemente inadeguato. Absolute rudeness! Signora (non so se sia la proprietaria) non educata e poco opportuna con la clientela (un conto è dare consigli sinceri al cliente, come ha fatto il commesso in modo molto garbato .. Un altro fare delle osservazioni fisiche che potrebbero risultare offensive, come si è permessa di fare la signora). È la prima volta che ci sono stata e anche l'ultima! Per stare al pubblico bisogna intanto imparare a non ferire chi sta davanti e a non esprimere giudizi fisici che non sono richiesti. Nice shoes, kind and helpful salesman.
