Today (01/31/2014) I made a purchase with this company.
Distractedly, I had not realized that I had entered an address that did not correspond to my current address.
I phoned the company to communicate the change and I must say that I pleasantly found them, so much availability, courtesy and patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un reso (purtroppo con spedizione non tracciabile visto il valore non troppo elevato della merce), e loro dicono di non aver ricevuto la merce e quindi non hanno emesso rimborso.
Cosa molto strana, visto che sono anni che spedisco e mi spediscono prodotti con Poste Italiane con metodi non tracciabili, e MAI avuto mezzo problema.
Non acquisterò mai più presso il loro negozio, ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATI!
I made a return (unfortunately with non-traceable shipping given the not too high value of the goods), and they say they have not received the goods and therefore have not issued a refund.
Very strange thing, since I have been sending and sending products with Poste Italiane for years with non-traceable methods, and NEVER had half a problem.
I will never buy from their shop again, ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
