Ho deciso di recensire adesso, perché ho avuto un "problema" con la fibbia di un sandalo, che mi faceva male. Purtroppo me ne sono accorta del problema soltanto dopo acerli indossati per una giornata intera. Nonostante usati, ho deciso di tentare a riportarli in negozio perché l'alternativa era buttarli. Loro mi hanno ricevuta e ascoltata e avrebbero provato ad aggiustarlo, se io non stessi per partire per un mese di ferie. Anche se la cosa non gli era gradita, hanno deciso di tenere i sandali per donargli in beneficenza e mi hanno reso l'importo intero. Che dire - continuerei a tornernare lì e voto 5 stelle.

Unfortunately, I only noticed the problem after wearing them for a whole day. Despite used, I decided to try to bring them back to the store because the alternative was to throw them away. They received me and listened to me and would have tried to fix it if I weren't going to leave for a month off. Even though they didn't like it, they decided to keep the sandals to donate to him and returned the full amount to me. What can I say - I would keep going back there and rated it 5 stars.
