★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto controllare regolarmente la caldaia, ma non sono stata avvertita dell'obbligo di inserire un particolare filtro per l'acqua. Il tecnico ha informato la Regione che in eravamo in regola senza avvisare me che ne avrei chiesto l'inserimento. Conclusione : diffida della Regione e costo aggiuntivo di un nuovo intervento. Ovviamente mi sono rivolta ad altra assistenza ,cancellando Calortec
I had the boiler checked regularly, but I was not warned about the obligation to insert a particular water filter. The technician informed the Region that we were in good standing without informing me that I would have asked for their inclusion.
