Oltre ad aver fatto un acquisto conveniente, ieri sono rimasta colpita in particolar modo dalla solarità, cordialità e gentilezza di una commessa , Valeria. Ci ritornerò volentieri!! Oltretutto il personale è poco incline alle esigenze dei clienti, come avvenuto questa mattina quando ho dovuto lasciare un vestito perché la promozione di cui volevo beneficiare prevedeva una spesa minima di 30€ mentre il vestito costava 29,99€!!! ...e la risposta della commessa è stata: "se la qualità della merce non TI soddisfa perché SEI venuto?" Stessa cosa, ho saputo, è capitata anche alla sorella della mia compagna: allora è proprio un modus operandi!!! Complimentoni all'azienda ed allo staff!!! ? Il giorno dopo sono tornato al negozio per prendere i i soldi di buoni che potevo prendere e mi ha risposto nel seguente modo : "lei poteva leggere sullo scontrino che era da prendere il giorno stesso" , cosa che a me non è stata riferita, avete perso un cliente e mi hanno pure deriso. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile, ti aiutano con gli abbinamenti e con la vestibilità del capo. Consigliatissimo. Linda poi è stata davvero carina nel propormi le offerte più vantaggiose...spronandomi così ad acquistare altri capi super cool.
