★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono trovata affatto bene con l'assistenza alla clientela da parte delle commesse. Non mi è piaciuta neanche la gestione della fila alle casse - a mio avviso totalmente priva di professionalità, non tornerò per questi motivi.
 I was not at all happy with customer support from the orders. I also didn't like the management of the checkout line - in my opinion totally lacking in professionalism, I will not return for these reasons.

I have always been a loyal customer of the Tezenis brand but, this morning when I went to the store in the city, I was greeted by lack of professionalism and lack of courtesy. Very little patience, hanging faces and zero advice during the purchase phase. Too bad ... Never again!
