They are very professional in analyzing the client's wishes and then proposing the hypotheses of the Catering project, able to amaze with simple but innovative ideas, especially from a culinary point of view. Also being widely available from the point of view of the financial plan.
Congratulations to Nicolò who followed us with great affection, carefully checking all the operational phases until the evening of the event.

Cibo e cocktails ottimi. Sopra la media l'attenzione per i dettagli a partire dalla realizzazione dei tavoli e dei corners dell'aperitivo. Aurora è stata eccezionale nel seguirci durante questo percorso durato diversi mesi, sempre presente con efficienza e discrezione.
California Catering, despite the particular period and being one of the first weddings of 2021, has been able to fulfill our wishes with professionalism and grace. Great food and cocktails. Above average attention to detail starting from the creation of the tables and corners of the aperitif. Aurora was exceptional in following us during this journey that lasted several months, always present with efficiency and discretion.
