Malgrado non ci fosse molta gente verso le 8.30 abbiamo dovuto sollecitare alla cassa l'intervento di qualcuno del personale per ordinare. Verso le 8.35 finalmente si presenta un dipendente e facciamo l'ordine. Altri 5 minuti e la colazione arriva, ma a questo punto siamo costretti a consumarla in fretta . In fase di pagamento pensavamo che il costo del servizio ci fosse decurtato dal conto visto il disagio per il disservizio. Non solo non c'è stato decurtato il costo del servizio, ma ci è stato anche risposto che se lavorano all'interno non possono servire anche fuori. Poco professionale come risposta visto che la struttura offre il servizio al tavolo facendolo anche pagare profumatamente. We came this morning to have breakfast at the table around 8.15am about 45 minutes before starting work. Il cannolo siciliano ottimo nonostante avessi timore che non lo fosse, invece....il cameriere simpaticissimo! Bravi anche se un tantino cari Sciascia never denies himself! Cute .. excellent chocolate coffee and incredible pastry! The Sicilian cannoli is excellent even though I was afraid that it was not, instead .... the very nice waiter! Dire che la cameriera era antipatica non rende l’idea… ci ha trattato da subito con scortesia, per aperitivo ha deciso di non portarci quasi nulla e di saltarci quando aveva altre cose da mangiare per preferire altri tavoli arrivati dopo. Non contenta ha deciso di farci comunque pagare 14 euro di più di cibo che 2 di noi non avevano mai ricevuto. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere spiegazioni per il conto direttamente in cassa. É bastato venire in ora di punta per: aspettare 15 minuti per fare l ordine, non avere tavolo pulito (ha solo tolto le tazze dei clienti prima di me) che con una pandemia ANCORA in corso è fondamentale, come la mascherina sul naso. Non basta la storia di un bar a fare il tutto, serve professionalità e rispetto del cliente. Una cameriera forse all esterno è un po' poco. Bevo il mio cappuccino atteso 30 minuti ( che forse mi veniva meglio con la Nespresso) ... Quasi un piatto di pasta It's simple that everything is perfect when there are no people. Personale gentile e disponibile con servizio veloce. Servizi igienici accurati e ben puliti. Consigliato.
