Servizio stupendo! quello che offre calice italia Velocissimi, puntuali e attenti a risolvere i problemi efficacemente! Ha tribulato ben 3 ore con la caldaia, ma devo dire che l'assistenza ricevuta e stata ottima. Ha lasciato tutto pulito e funzionante. Consigliatissimi!

Rapidi (non appena ho chiamato e comunicato l'urgenza mi hanno fissato un appuntamento), il tecnico che si è recato presso la mia abitazione era estremamente educato, pulito (ha persino ripulito con un piccolo aspirapolvere la sporcizia all'interno della mia caldaia). I prezzi sono nella media, avevo perso il libretto e me ne hanno fornito loro uno nuovo. Ho pagato con carta di credito, non avevo contanti ed è stato possibile perchè hanno il pos. Bel servizio, molto contento.
Excellent service. Molto professionali e puntuali. il tecnico uscito il molto preparato! Inoltre la durata dell'intervento, a differenza di altri, e' stata quasi il doppio del tempo a parita' di prezzo e servizio svolto!! Forse qualcuno di un altra azienda che prima mi seguiva per l'assistenza se ne era approfitato.....???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia caldaia Ariston, da un po' di tempo, si bloccava e faceva scorrere solo l'acqua fredda e sinceramente, considerando la stagione fredda, non era molto piacevole ritrovarsi sotto la doccia, quando succedeva. Questo il motivo per cui ho contattato questa azienda. Mi sono trovata molto bene per diverse cose:
1. Sono arrivati a casa mezz'ora dopo la mia segnalazione;
2. Hanno impiegato solo due ore a riparare la caldaia;
3. Sono stati gentili e puliti;
4. Il costo del servizio è stato onesto (ho avuto un'analoga esperienza con un'altra azienda perché mi si era guastato un condizionatore e sinceramente sono rimasta malamente scioccata dal prezzo...);
5. La caldaia, adesso, funziona perfettamente.
Consigliati senza alcun dubbio!

1. They arrived home half an hour after my report;
2. It took only two hours to repair the boiler;
3. They were kind and clean;
4. The cost of the service was honest (I had a similar experience with another company because an air conditioner had failed me and honestly I was badly shocked by the price ...);
5. The boiler is now working perfectly.
Recommended without a doubt!

Tre giorni prima di intervenire sempre prorogando. Chiesto anticipo senza alcuna ricevuta. Scheda da sostituire... Ritorno con scheda errata quindi prelievo nostra scheda. Ritorno dopo rinvii e vari nostri solleciti. In pratica rimessa nostra scheda. Nessuna info! Nessuna ricevuta o scontrino, spiegazione anomalia e intervento! Nessuna forma di garanzia.
Ora in avanti solo manutenzione da tecnici ufficiali del marchio.
