Ma avere Alice che ti illustra il menù in LIS è stupendo. Cibo ottimo, tutto fatto rigorosamente in rifugio, novità della ottima birra. Merita davvero. TOP???? It's always nice to come back annually, but this time with the new managers, very kind and helpful people, even the staff guys. But having Alice show you the menu in LIS is wonderful. Excellent food, all done strictly in the refuge, the novelty of the excellent beer. Really deserves it. TOP????
M	Mirko N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto in sé è davvero molto bello. Quello che proprio non va è il mangiare che lascia, ad essere estremamente gentili, molto a desiderare. Il risotto salsiccia e porcini non aveva alcun sapore. Ho trovato un fungo per errore e la salsiggia si era volatilizzata. La polenta e lo spezzatino di Tonko (che preferisco non sapere nemmeno cos'è) risultavano immangiabili. Accettabile era invece la colazione. Prima volta, purtroppo, che mi capita in un rifugio di montagna. The place itself is really beautiful. What is really wrong is the food he leaves, to be extremely kind, a lot to be desired. The sausage and porcini risotto had no flavor whatsoever. I found a mushroom by mistake and the sauce had evaporated. The polenta and Tonko stew (which I prefer not to even know what it is) were inedible. The breakfast was acceptable. First time, unfortunately, that happens to me in a mountain refuge.

Cielo stellato, aria freschissima (anche l'acqua della doccia inizialmente), coperte calde, cibo buonissimo, due chiacchiere con una ragazza del personale che si è dimostrata molto genuina e accogliente, mentre dalla cucina si sentivano i cuochi cantare a suon di Blink182 ahahah meravigliosi. La valle è deliziosa, il percorso per arrivarci dal rifugio Carlettini non è troppo impegnativo e offre la vista di cascate piccole ma meravigliose (consiglio a tutti di immergervi almeno i piedi dentro). Dal rifugio poi si può proseguire per molte altre destinazioni The experience was beautiful. Starry sky, fresh air (even the shower water initially), warm blankets, delicious food, a chat with a staff girl who proved to be very genuine and welcoming, while from the kitchen you could hear the cooks singing to the sound of Blink182 hahaha wonderful. The valley is delightful, the path to get there from the Carlettini refuge is not too demanding and offers the view of small but wonderful waterfalls (I recommend everyone to at least dip their feet inside). From the refuge you can then continue to many other destinations
M	Mariarosa Genovese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima tappa di pernottamento nel compiere l'alta via del granito in senso orario, da Malga Sorgazza percorso abbastanza lungo con tanto dislivello sia in positivo che in negativo ma ambiente selvaggiamente stupendo. Il rifugio è posto poco più in alto della paludosa piana di Caldenave. Esternamente é la classica malga però internamente é rifugio molto bello e curato. Le camere sono spaziose, nuove e tutte in legno. C'è la possibilità di fare una doccia calda il che è veramente una goduria dopo ore e ore di cammino. Il personale è gentile, il gestore di poche parole. La cena e la colazione per una persona che fa un alta via, dunque bisognosa di benzina in corpo per il giorno dopo é abbastanza scarsa... Nella mia esperienza (sono solo vegetariana) sì e no 50gr di pasta al pomodoro, 1 fetta di formaggio alla piastra con un cucchiaio di polenta e 1 di lenticchie... Colazione molto minimal...dato il prezzo di mezza pensione mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Comunque penso che chi ci va solo per mangiare il menù sia più soddisfacente... First overnight stop on the high granite route in a clockwise direction, from Malga Sorgazza a fairly long route with a lot of difference in height both positive and negative but wildly beautiful environment. The refuge is located a little higher than the marshy plain of Caldenave. Externally it is the classic hut but internally it is a very nice and well-kept refuge. The rooms are spacious, new and all in wood. There is the possibility of taking a hot shower which is truly a pleasure after hours and hours of walking. The staff is nice, the manager of few words. Dinner and breakfast for a person who does a high way, therefore in need of gasoline in the body for the next day is quite scarce ... In my experience (I'm only vegetarian) yes and no 50gr of pasta with tomato, 1 slice of grilled cheese with a spoonful of polenta and 1 spoonful of lentils ... Very minimal breakfast ... given the half board price I was expecting something more. However, I think that those who go there just to eat the menu is more satisfying ... l	la veritas Tg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un po deluso dalla gestione 2021. accoglienza calorosa ma personale giovane e inesperto. non se per loro e normale con tanto freddo servire pezzi di torte che di solito si mettono al forno e si danno bollenti al clienti invece servirli freddi di figorifero. poi i souvenire con prezzi altissimi. ottima qualita di bronzo ma cosi non danno la possibilita di acquistarli a tutti . i prezzi devono essere molto piu bassi e vicini a tutti o clienti. a little disappointed by the 2021 management. warm welcome but young and inexperienced staff. not if it is normal for them to serve pieces of cakes that are usually put in the oven and boiling hot to customers, instead of serving them cold as a figoriferous one. then the souvenirs with very high prices. excellent quality of bronze but in this way they do not give the possibility to buy them at all. prices must be much lower and closer to everyone or customers.

S	Sintetico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay, wonderful location and confortable. Menu is great and prices are normal. Staff is amazing and experienced. The cakes are super tasty, coffee is italian style with moka!! Hot aplle juice is great when you are thirsty.

The received a warm welcome and the owner helped us to make the room baby friendly (and there was an heater too!). The food was delicious. We continued the next day to Rifugio Conseria. A great place for a day hike or to plan a multi-day hike.
