A	Antonella Carla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono al terzo viaggio anche io con caldana international destinazioni francia - benelux e germania la mia esperienza è stata decisamente positiva viaggio ben organizzato con autista (simona) molto brava e accompagnatori e guide in loco preparate e soprattutto cordiali e disponibili. intinerari molto interessanti da ogni punto di vista (culturale, storico, paesaggistico e .....divertimento) fatto tutti e tre i viaggi in pulmann e minivan: non saranno stati l'ultimo modello superlusso ma sono puliti, confortevoli e soprattutto sicuri e a mio avviso non peggiori di altri tour operator che in passato ho pagato infinitamente di più. gli alberghi sono stati molto buoni soprattutto in germania dove avevamo camere molto grandi e omnicomfort con colazione a buffet decisamente varia e con moltissima scelta tra salato e dolce il menu delle cene (ho fatto sempre il mezza pensione) risente della tipicità del luogo ma d'altra parte non si può pretendere di mangiare come in italia nel nord europa e comunque non ho mai fatto la fame ...anzi......... consiglio vivamente caldana international a me ha dato per ben 3 vacanze un buon rapporto tra viaggio offerto e prezzo pagato. I'm also on my third trip with caldana international destinations france - benelux and germany my experience was very positive well organized trip with very good driver (simona) and guides and guides on site prepared and above all friendly and helpful. very interesting itineraries from every point of view (cultural, historical, landscape and ..... fun) I made all three trips by coach and minivan: they may not have been the latest super-luxury model but they are clean, comfortable and above all safe and in my opinion no worse than other tour operators that I have paid infinitely more in the past. the hotels were very good especially in germany where we had very large and omnicomfort rooms with a very varied buffet breakfast and a lot of choice between salty and sweet the dinner menu (I always had half board) is affected by the typicality of the place but on the other hand you cannot expect to eat like in Italy in northern Europe and in any case I have never been hungry ... indeed .... ..... i highly recommend caldana international for 3 holidays it gave me a good relationship between the trip offered and the price paid.
F	Filippo Perobello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viaggio a Vienna di 4 giorni con famiglia da dimenticare, hotel scelto da Caldana il Roomz categoria 4 stelle teoriche ma con un servizio ristorazione da mensa aziendale tutti i pasti uguali minestrina e fettina di carne e personale al limite dell'offensivo. Escursioni con la guida previste dal programma organizzate in orari con non compatibili con il monumento da vedere, tipo visita alla principale cattedrale della città quella di Santo Stefano organizzata alla domenica mattina alle 11,00 e con stupore della guida si scopre che a quell'ora c'è la messa e quindi è vietato l'accesso fino alla fine della funzione, ma noi dobbiamo proseguire il tour e quindi avanti senza vederla. Oppure visita agli appartamenti imperiali con ingresso prenotato dalla guida alle 15,30 che prevedeva inclusa nel biglietto alla fine del giro negli appartamenti l'accesso a una mostra di oggetti sempre appartenuti alla alla famiglia imperiale, la guida non ci avvisa che per accedere alla seconda parte bisogna presentarsi entro le 17,00 perché poi non lasciano più entrare, noi arriviamo dopo e ovviamente ci buttano fuori. Esperienza pessima con Caldana International. 4-day trip to Vienna with family to forget, hotel chosen by Caldana the Roomz category 4 theoretical stars but with a company canteen catering service all meals equal to soup and slice of meat and staff on the edge of the offensive. K	Katia Bruscaggin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo appena tornati dal tour di Praga per il ponte del primo novembre. Eravamo in 4 amici. È stata un'esperienza da dimenticare!! Siamo partiti da Verona con un pullman fatiscente che avrà avuto vent'anni. I sedili erano troppo stretti e non adatti ad un viaggio cosí lungo. Al momento della prenotazione ci era stato garantito l'accompagnatore durante il viaggio, invece era presente soltanto l'autista che ci ha anche chiesto 10€ a testa per accompagnarci in centro alla sera. Non parliamo dell'hotel che in teoria doveva essere un 4 stelle e ne valeva appena una. Era il Top Hotel di Praga. I bagni in camera per la grandezza erano adatti solo a dei bambini. I camerieri erano di una maleducazione indescrivibile e il cibo oltre ad essere di pessima qualità era sempre quello ogni sera. In aggiunta a tutto questo, c'è stata la guida che ci ha chiesto 30 € a testa per le visite extra senza definire nel dettaglio quanto costavano le entrate ai monumenti che abbiamo visto. SICURAMENTE NON VIAGGEREMO PIÙ CON CALDANA INTERNATIONAL E LA SCONSIGLIAMO VIVAMENTE! We have just returned from the Prague tour for the 1st of November bridge. We were 4 friends. It was an experience to forget !! We left Verona with a dilapidated bus that must have been twenty years old. The seats were too narrow and not suitable for such a long journey. At the time of booking we were guaranteed the guide during the trip, instead there was only the driver who also asked us for 10 € each to take us to the center in the evening. Let's not talk about the hotel which in theory was supposed to be a 4 star and was just worth one. It was the Top Hotel in Prague. The bathrooms in the room for the size were suitable only for children. The waiters were indescribable rudeness and the food as well as being of poor quality was always the same every night. In addition to all this, there was the guide who asked us € 30 each for the extra visits without defining in detail how much the entrances to the monuments we saw were. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT TRAVEL WITH CALDANA INTERNATIONAL ANY MORE AND WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!
