D	Denny Jarosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Urlaub in ihrer Anlage war eine große Enttäuschung. Es verging kein Tag an dem wir nicht zur Rezeption gehen mussten um etwas zu bemängeln. Die Toilette wurde 3 mal versucht zu reparieren immer wieder vergebens , sie tropft immer noch!!! Die Klimaanlage die wir extra bezahlen funktioniert nur mäßig, in einem Raum tropft ständig kondenswasser aus dem Gerät und unter diesem Gerät befindet sich eine Steckdose!!!!! Im Schlafzimmer funktioniert die klimaanlage So wie sie will, letzte Nacht war es unerträglich heiß da nur Wärme Luft ausströmte, schlafen war fast unmöglich!!! Im Kinderzimmer machte die klimaanlage immer wieder laute Geräusche so das unsere Kinder immer wieder wach werden und wenn die Anlage läuft dann strömt auch aus diesem Gerät kondenswasser!!! An einem Abend ging nichts mehr , die freundlichen Handwerker versuchten alles aber es will nicht funktionieren, wir sind jetzt so verblieben das sie Morgen nochmal kommen und alles reparieren wollen. Wir kommen uns vor wie auf einer Baustelle jeden Tag die Handwerker, Urlaub ist etwas anderes. Our vacation at their facility was a huge disappointment. Not a day went by that we didn't have to go to the reception to complain about something. The toilet was tried 3 times to repair again and again in vain, it is still dripping! The air conditioning system, which we pay extra, works only moderately, in one room condensation water is constantly dripping out of the device and there is a socket under this device !!!!! The air conditioning in the bedroom works the way it wants, last night it was unbearably hot because only warmth air escaped, sleeping was almost impossible! In the children's room the air conditioning made loud noises so that our children woke up again and again and when the system is running, condensation water also flows out of this device! One evening nothing worked, the friendly craftsmen tried everything but it doesn't work, we have stayed that way now that they will come back tomorrow and want to fix everything. We feel like the craftsmen on a construction site every day, holidays are something different.
m	manuela mattiolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, con profondo rammarico scrivo questa recensione su Camping Village Laguna blu ma la critica e' rivolta alla societa' Baia Holiday..ora abbiamo saldato l' importo subito come da voi richiesto; ho acquistato la baia card al costo di 70 euro per avere l' unico servizio che davvero ci intetessava ovvero il wi_ fi e ci troviamo da ben 6 giorni a non poter utilizzarlo per un vostro problema di rete...abbiamo sollecitato in tutti i modi ma il problema persiste e non abbiamo avuto da parte vostra nessun interessamento o offerta compensativa...l'aria condizionata l'abbiamo pagata..paghiamo un fritto di calamari 15 euro..paghiamo prodotti del supermercato a un costo eccessivo in rapporto alla qualita'... Rimango stupita che un villaggio a 4 stelle si ritrovi dopo ferragosto sprovvisto di tante cose dalle sigarette a gelati ma sono cose superflue quello che davvero mi lascia perplessa e' andare nei punti di raccolta immondizia e trovare discariche a cielo aperto... S	Simona Sascau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in una casa mobile per una settimana , e devo dire che la casina era pulita, in generale tutto il ambiente del villaggio e molto pulito e ben curato. L'unica cosa che manca e l'illuminazione serale, soprattutto nelle arie comune. Anche i 2 ragazzi che fanno animazione davanti al ristorante sono quasi al buio. We stayed in a mobile home for a week, and I must say that the cottage was clean, in general the whole environment of the village and very clean and well cared for. The only thing missing is the evening lighting, especially in the common airs. Even the 2 guys who do entertainment in front of the restaurant are almost in the dark.

Después de reservar una parcela en el camping con 6 meses de antelación, al llegar hacer el check in nos dejan fuera a las 14.00 de la tarde con 35 grados al sol, les comentamos lo ocurrido y nos contestan que hay una norma y que de 13.00 a 15.00 que no se puede entrar, norma que no fue informada con anterioridad. Al entrar a los baños del camping, SORPRESA!! No hay ni papel higiénico, ni jabón lavamanos, ni nada para secarse las manos, pero no por descuido. NO HAY EN NINGÚNO DEL CAMPING Vamos a la piscina, y los toboganes para niños cerrados en temporada alta. Las hamacas y sombrillas de la piscina, hay que pagarlas aparte. Después de esto y de pagar 117 euros diarios, por una parcela, vamos a reclamar nuestro dinero para poder cambiar de camping y nos dicen que nos podemos ir pero que no nos devuelvan el dinero. Todo esto de muy malas formas, no remiten a un teléfono y un email, y pasadas 24horas no hemos ofrecido respuesta. NO ADELANTEIS EL DINERO EN NINGUNA RESERVA, UNA VEZ PAGADO, NO OFRECEN RESPUESTA. LA CALIDAD QUE PROMETEN EN SU PAGINA WEB NO ES REAL THE QUALITY PROMISED ON THEIR CAMPING BAHÍA TORTUGA WEBSITE DOES NOT CORRESPOND WITH THE PRICE PAID. After reserving a pitch at the campsite 6 months in advance, upon arrival to check in, they let us out at 2:00 p.m. with 35 degrees in the sun, we told them what happened and they answered that there is a rule and that from 1:00 p.m. at 3:00 p.m. that you cannot enter, a rule that was not previously informed. Upon entering the bathrooms of the campsite, SURPRISE !! There is no toilet paper, no hand soap, and nothing to dry your hands, but not carelessly. THERE IS NOT IN ANY OF THE CAMPING We go to the pool, and the children's slides closed in high season. The sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool, must be paid separately. KEINE RESERVIERUNG / BUCHUNG MÖGLICH. Wir fahren schon seit 10 Jahren ins Poliana Camping (Mali Losinj). Der Platz und die Mitarbeiter sind echt TOP. Man fühlt sich wohl. Besonders bei IVANA (backoffice) und Stefan (manager). Il sistema di prenotazione online è un'impertinenza. L'aria condizionata è stata prenotata forzatamente anche se un servizio aggiuntivo, come negli anni precedenti. Cattivo !! I termini di pagamento non corrispondono a quelli dell'offerta dell'annuncio. I bambini dai 12 anni in su devono pagare come gli adulti. Molto cattivo !! Il pulsante di prenotazione nella mail di risposta non funziona. NESSUNA PRENOTAZIONE / PRENOTAZIONE POSSIBILE. Andiamo al Poliana Camping (Mali Losinj) da 10 anni. Il posto e il personale sono davvero fantastici. Ti senti bene. Soprattutto presso IVANA (back office) e Stefan (manager). Online - Buchungssystem ist eine Zumutung. The online booking system is an impertinence. Air conditioning was forcibly booked although an additional service, as in previous years. Bad !! Payment terms do not match those of the ad offer. We have been going to Poliana Camping (Mali Losinj) for 10 years. The place and the staff are really great. Do you feel OK. Especially at IVANA (back office) and Stefan (manager).

All very nice and clean from the mobile homes to the campsite .. Beautiful swimming pool with attractions for children, equipped market ... we are there for sure.

Centro vacanza eccezionale, affacciato sulla Maddalena con spiagge belle, personale cordiale e gentile, i bambini hanno avuto sempre da fare: scuola sub, vela ecc., e noi da rilassarci alla spa sul promontorio o in spiaggia. Il ristorante è da migliorare ma si sta bene comunque . L' animazione è bella e rallegra le serate. Gli alloggi, noi eravamo in baia relax, sono nuovi, puliti confortevoli e dotati di tutto ciò che serve. I bagni pubblici,dedicati ai camperisti,per ciò che vedevamo, sempre puliti.come pure le docce. Il minimarket ha tutto per la sopravvivenza giornaliera e il bar buoni cornetti e tost Il posto è comodo per spostarti sia via mare, con barca a vela magari, come abbiamo fatto noi, sia in auto per visitare la costa che è veramente bella. Insomma, se non fosse perché al mondo ancora c'è troppo da vedere, noi ci ritorneremmo. We were at the isuledda in Arzachena, we liked it exaggeratedly. Exceptional holiday center, overlooking the Maddalena with beautiful beaches, friendly and kind staff, children have always had things to do: diving school, sailing, etc., and we to relax at the spa on the promontory or on the beach. The restaurant needs to be improved but it is still fine. The animation is beautiful and brightens up the evenings. The accommodations, we were in the relax bay, are new, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The public toilets, dedicated to campers, for what we saw, always clean. As well as the showers. The convenience store has everything for daily survival and the bar good croissants and toasts The place is convenient to move either by sea, perhaps with a sailboat, as we did, or by car to visit the coast which is really beautiful. In short, if it weren't because there is still too much to see in the world, we would go back.
