★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento della prenotazione di una visita, ho chiesto anche il costo, tuttavia, una volta effettuata quest'ultima, il prezzo non era 15€ (come mi era stato comunicato per telefono), bensì 50€. Una volta richieste spiegazioni, sono venuta a conoscenza del fatto che le visite della mattina avessero un costo diverso dalle visite pomeridiane.
Ritengo quanto accaduto sintomo di poca trasparenza e scorrettezza. Chi si occupa di prendere gli appuntamenti è tenuto a dare informazioni corrette a chi le richiede, onde evitare episodi spiacevoli come questo.

I believe what happened a symptom of little transparency and incorrectness. Those who take care of making appointments are required to give correct information to those who request it, in order to avoid unpleasant episodes like this.
