Il personale é molto qualificato e alla direzione sono molto gentili e disponibili. La sala pesi é stata ristrutturata ed é molto efficiente, diversi macchinari per allenamento cardio e attrezzature per il body Building all'avanguardia, é stata aggiunta anche una zona per l'allenamento a corpo libero con sbarre, parallele, trx, box in legno e un castelletto. Tante sale dove vengono svolti diversi corsi durante tutta la giornata tra cui il funzionale, box, pre pugilistica ecc..... Consigliatissima come struttura per qualsiasi allenamento e prezzi accessibili. Ampio parcheggio. Historic gym in Palestrina, well organized and very clean environment. The staff is very qualified and the management is very friendly and helpful. The weight room has been refurbished and is very efficient, several cardio machines and state-of-the-art body building equipment have been added, a free-body training area has been added with bars, parallel bars, trx, wooden box and a castelletto. Senza contare i ragazzi che ci lavorano sempre super educati e disponibili Best gym in the area. Spacious, mostly glass, therefore illuminated by natural light and always airy. Not to mention the guys who work there always super polite and helpful

Io ci andrò anche dopo le vacanze..La consiglio a tutti voi... I was looking for a good gym ... and I found it even though it was already on 13/7/2021 ... family management .... always the best ... ample free parking ... free showers ... equipment in step with the times ... more than honest prices ... good instructors and above all good education reigns and dominates ... also excellent diffused music .... extended outdoor environment .. possibility to train on the lawn . Ci si sente in famiglia, ed è questo che dovrebbe essere una palestra. I've been training here for a few years already.
