Peccato che il signore che si occupa degli ombrelloni ci abbia accolto con estrema arroganza e maleducazione …forse sarebbe meglio che cambiasse lavoro !!!! Non ci andate.. Fortunatamente poco più avanti ci sono dei ragazzi gentilissimi ed educati che affittano ombrelloni e lettini a prezzi giusti What can I say ... wonderful sea and beach! Too bad that the gentleman who takes care of the umbrellas welcomed us with extreme arrogance and rudeness ... maybe it would be better if he changed his job !!!! Don't go there .. Fortunately, a little further on there are some very kind and polite guys who rent umbrellas and sunbeds at fair prices
C	Clac Cuz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo al bar, chiedo una informazione su una pietanza del menù al barista che risponde al cellulare anziché rispondermi mancando completamente di rispetto nei mie confronti. Mi viene spiegato che non si può ordinare perché la cucina avrebbe aperto di li a 10 minuti, nemmeno ha voluto prendersi un appunto su due panini da mettere in ordinazione di lì a pochi minuti per la cucina. (Pessimo servizio), mi accingo ad ordinare una volta aperta sta benedetta cucina. Più della metà dei panini presenti nel menù non erano disponibili (info non segnalata). Nel fare l'ordinazione due baristi si sono lamentati perché una comanda del panino doveva farla l'altro e non lui. Imbarazzanti ed antiprofessionali al massimo! Per fortuna è intervenuto un terzo barista che ha preso senza problemi l'ordinazione. Arrivo alla cassa per pagare e nemmeno mi viene consegnato in mano lo scontrino. Che dire, pessimi. Sconsigliatissimo! Se dovete lavorare così meglio che cediate il posto a chi avrebbe voglia di lavorare meglio e con più passione di voi. Peccato per la bella location e per il fatto che a voi i clienti difficilmente vi potrebbero mancare, altrimenti avreste da piangere. Sicuramente in futuro avrei soggiornato nel villaggio vera club di competenza ma dopo l'esperienza di oggi, mai e poi mai. Giornata super ventosa decidiamo di visitare la spiaggia di torre dell'orso una delle più belle della Puglia e decidiamo di affittare dei lettini. Ci accordiamo con un responsabile dello stabilimento che ci manda un ragazzo con cui scegliere i lettini. Ultima fila. Va bene. In spiaggia non c'è quasi nessuno visto il tempaccio. Alle 13 arriva un capetto dello stabilimento che senza la minima ragionevolezza e comprensione ci sposta in un angolo dello stabilimento dicendo che si erano sbagliati e che dovevamo per forza spostarci. Ripeto spiaggia vuota nessun lettino occupato. Purtroppo la maleducazione e la comprensione e di conseguenza anche la professionalità non sono parte di questa persona. Sicuramente lo stabilimento non ne risentirà visto la bellezza de posto ma che vergogna per il villaggio Vera Club di torre dell'orso. In effetti le tante stelline pessimo di Google maps mi danno ragione. È un peccato che venga data autorità a persone tanto incompetenti e maleducate. Fantastic beach, bathhouse under construction. Very comfortable beds. Very nice animation of the village. Certainly in the future I would have stayed in the real competence club village but after today's experience, never ever. Super windy day we decide to visit the Torre dell'orso beach, one of the most beautiful in Puglia and we decide to rent sunbeds. We agree with a plant manager who sends us a boy to choose the beds with. Last row. All right. On the beach there is hardly anyone given the bad weather. At 1pm a head of the factory arrives and without the slightest reasonableness and understanding moves us to a corner of the factory saying that they were wrong and that we had to move. I repeat empty beach no sun beds occupied. Unfortunately rudeness and understanding and consequently also professionalism are not part of this person. Surely the establishment will not be affected given the beauty of the place but what a shame for the Vera Club village of torre dell'orso. In fact, the many bad stars of Google maps prove me right. It is a pity that authority is given to such incompetent and rude people.

Bar-Ristorante a ridosso della spiaggia chiuso per motivi sconosciuti. 2 lettini e un ombrellone pagati 20 euro e senza scontrino ad un tipo che non ho capito bene cosa ci entrava con nel contesto con Cala Marin visto che poteva disporre della seconda fila fronte mare al prezzo di 30 euro e l'ultima fila al prezzo di 20 euro, ripeto, senza uno straccio di scontrino. Peccato perché il posto è stupendo. Non ci tornerò mai più. Beautiful beach, water and context. Come in ogni luogo di lusso, il prezzo alto dell'ombrellone e sdraio (25€ per due posti) corrisponde ad un servizio completo e di qualità. Ogni postazione (sdrai e ombrellone) è posizionata a tre metri l'una dall'altra in modo da rispettare la distanza di sicurezza che invece non è possibile mantenere nella spiaggia libera; non necessita di prenotazione (a differenza di altri stabilimenti di Torre dell'Orso) e viene sanificata dopo l'uso. Cala Marin presenta anche uno dei bar/ristoranti più belli di tutta la spiaggia: una struttura in legno bianco con atmosfera da club de playa, ovvero con la miglior musica del periodo ad alto volume e spazio per poter ballare, con divanetti e piccoli tavolini per i cocktails. Il menù era vario sia nel dolce (con diversi gelati e mousse) che nel salato (con toast e piatti rapidi) e vi era un angolo con una piscina ad idromassaggio. Personale professionale e disponibile. Cala Marin is a luxurious bathing establishment, the VIP area of the whole Torre dell'Orso. As in any luxury place, the high price of the umbrella and deckchair (€ 25 for two seats) corresponds to a complete and quality service. Each station (deck chairs and umbrella) is positioned three meters from each other in order to respect the safety distance which, on the other hand, cannot be kept on the free beach; it does not require a reservation (unlike other Torre dell'Orso establishments) and is sanitized after use. Cala Marin also has one of the most beautiful bars / restaurants on the whole beach: a white wooden structure with a club de playa atmosphere, that is with the best music of the period at high volume and space to dance, with sofas and small tables for the cocktails. The menu was varied both in dessert (with different ice creams and mousses) and in salty (with toast and quick dishes) and there was a corner with a hydromassage pool. Professional and helpful staff.

We arrived at 13 and the place was almost empty but ofc that we were only offered an umbrella on the last row (that's what we wanted anyway but it was funny how absurd the guy that worked there found the idea to give us a place on a front row, maybe they keep them for show offs that give a $hit about where they are seen). The clients that arrived after us were only offered umbrellas on a back corner. It was not as elegant as other places we've been but it was mostly empty which was a plus for us.
