Absolutely horrible experience and very selfish people - charged 22€ for 2 flat cokes and 2 sandwiches. Owners pretended they didn't speak English when I challenged them - cowards. Such a shame when there are such lovely genuine cafes 100m down the road. THEIR SCAM IS TO CHARGE SERVICE ON EVERY ITEM DO NOT FALL FOR IT. THEY DO NOT DISPLAY THE PRICES BEFORE YOU ORDER THINGS. VA 'IN MALORA!

Don't waste your money here !!! Ordered a bottle of fanta. Got a glass full of ice cubes. Not even 200ml of Fanta. Touristenabzocke!!! Please just go some meters further for normal shops and CafΓ©s with nice people and service. This place is a shame for whole ercolano and other hard working Italien people in bistros and Restaurants. And always watch Google maps and ratings!!!

First of all it's too expensive. They don't display the prices. I got a frappe and it tasted like water plus Cocoa powder. Sandwich was ok. There are much better places than this.

Please avoid this Caffetteria! There are no prices listed, because they always try to trap you with the same trick. If you don't ask for the price before ordering, then you will pay more than what the current prices are. People reports show that the cappuccino price varies from 2€ to 4€. Same goes for Espresso. We paid 2€ for the Espresso and 2€ for a Cappuccino. Three days later I went there again and asked for the prices. The young service guy told me "1.50€ Espresso and 2€ for Cappuccino" (still not sure if those were the real prices!). If you paid more than this, then he ripped you off for sure! The last thing to mention is that the service guy was unfriendly. If it would be possible then I would really like to give 0 stars.

The location is just right in front of the station. So many people goes and sit there while ordering some snacks or drinks because it's very convenient when you are waiting for the bus which is heading to the volcano. The staffs were friendly and it might be troublesome that the prices are not listed but it's reasonable prices since many of tourists come by and tourist prices are not new around the world. Especially time of covid even country which I live in made things expensive. Anyways I can't say about my dining or drinking experiences as I just bought one big bottle of water for €2,50.

Went into the store for some ice cream and owners asked me to go back to my country and to my death, really traumatising experience!! Highly not recommend, you can head 100m down for a genuine cafe experience!

Ask the price before you order. If it seems reasonable then proceed. We took a dry and tasteless sandwich and a beer and paid 10€ :(
